The malasadas at this place were SO GOOD!. I've been looking for a place to satisfy my craving for some Leonard's malasadas, and boy, did this place hit the spot. We liked all of the flavors we tried. I especially liked the coconut. I'd love to see some Lilikoi or Ube flavors on the menu. Staff was nice and they took our order quickly. There was a line when we visited as it's a busy spot. There was plenty of parking on the street. They also sell coffee, but it's not an eat in place. You place your order and then pick it up when it's ready to go. We received a buzzer and were told our order would be ready in 45 minutes. It was ready right one time. We didn't mind the wait, and they tell you up front what the wait time will be. There's plenty to do walking around downtown while you wait. Cute little shop. Will definitely be visiting again for different flavors since they're not too far from us. But even if they were, we'd make the trip. Because they're closer than Oahu!...
Read moreTheir warm, fresh Malsada’s are incredible!! My personal favorite is the vanilla bean, it is just the right amount of sweetness! Ollie’s is amazing!! I have been following their food truck around for a bit and couldn’t not be happier that they opened up a store!! I finally got the chance to visit today and it was perfect!! I brought a friend along, who I had been raving about the malsada’s to, and she said they were beyond good! I highly recommend sharing with friends and family! They are going to thank you for this new go to spot!!
Also wanted to put a spotlight on their staff, what kind people! As I was ordering and hanging out there, I could see the genuine excitement and gratitude for their customers! You can tell when people love what they do, heck you can even taste it their quality!...
Read moreUpdated after several months of visiting: This place continues to impress with the quality and taste of their malasadas. The limited flavors they rotate had have kept the options fresh and relevant. I am never disappointed coming to this place.
I am not a fan of giving 5 stars, especially when a restaurant is only a week old, but these Malasadas are such incredible quality and taste that I can't contain myself. These are addictive and way better than the other local sweet breakfast pastry location. Ceaper too. I hope that someday they create a savory Malasada, but either way you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't come enjoy this place. The wait when it's busy is absolutely worth it for how...
