Visited for the first time in Windsor and while it’s great to have a new restaurant in Windsor, we likely won’t be back.

The service was absolutely horrid. We waited at the door for roughly 5-7 minutes without even being acknowledged by the bartender or either server. When a server finally came over, after walking by several times, she said we could sit anywhere. I pointed out the sign said to please wait to be seated. The response was “that was for earlier”. Never mind the sign could be moved or turned to the side that said please seat yourself so as not to confuse customers. Every customer coming in after us did the same thing…waited at the sign until someone in the restaurant told them it was open seating or a server acknowledged them.

Once seated we had another wait to even get a menu. And a longer wait just to get water. The server almost seemed bothered to have another table to deal with. She did not smile once and was not friendly.

The food was mediocre at best. Total bill, with tip, of $70 for a beer, a couple hot dogs, a kids meal and a sandwich + salad.

Was excited to try this place but unfortunately is was an utter disappointment and nowhere I would recommend to anyone as the customer service...

Decided to try it out since we’ve been to the Fort Collins location and have enjoyed it. We arrived and waited with nobody acknowledging us being seated. Finally another customer made the staff aware that we had been waiting and felt bad that the customer himself bought our first round of drinks…thanks Woody! Oh and they let him!! Haha Then trying to get our check to pay and nobody would acknowledge us again so I decided to step to the bar to pay only to be told “oh I’ll be right there”. When she arrived I let her know that it was surprising that they actually let another customer pay for our drinks when it was clearly their mistake for not acknowledging us when we arrived and she had nothing to say. I said “wow, no apology even”? And she told me I was aggressive…hard to support a business that has employees like this! Really wanted to support a local Windsor business but you asked to provide feedback in lieu of a 1 star but I tried…maybe speak to...

Had lunch with some buddies at this new bar and eatery. Downtown Windsor, easy parking, great service and cool vibe.

Started out with the Pint-O-Bacon which is 5 strips of normal cooked bacon and a side of maple syrup in a shot glass. It was just okay nothing to write home about.

Followed that up with the Getting Piggy with It sandwich and a side of potato salad. Potato salad was pretty dang good and had a great taste. The getting piggy sandwich was lack luster, stale taste, burnt pork belly and lack of taste in general. The bread and filling ratio was so skewed it was mostly bread sandwich. At $16 for a small sandwich with no taste at all is highway robbery. You are gonna need a stiff drink after getting the bill for this weak sandwich.

I like the vibe, so I may be inclined to give this place one more...

Nice restaurant right on Main Street. The draft beer I had was an excellent stout. The house salad was fine. Maybe I’m spoiled because I just returned from a road trip through Appalachia and had some of the best pork belly in the world. I ordered the sweet and spicy pork belly sandwich and the thin slice of pork belly was at the other end of the spectrum. They somehow managed to cook the meat to well done while leaving the fat grotesquely chewy, tough, and down right unpalatable. Too bad because the sauce and coleslaw on top was quite good. I’m disappointed, but I suspect they do better with other dishes. The server was quite good.

This place is great and is a much needed spot for Downtown Windsor. We only had appetizers and drinks in this first visit but everything this was great. The drinks are fantastic. This is a great place if you like Whiskey & Bacon. The time it took to get drinks was way longer than it should be and the waitress seemed to still be learning the system but for being there in their first couple weekends and at a busy time, it was ok. Again, we loved the drinks. I’m looking forward to trying a few of the meals and can’t wait for the patio to open. Welcome to Windsor. We stoked that you’re here!
