Today it is raining, this morning I got out of the ER and just wanted to get hot drinks and bread to share with my husband, I didn't get whipped cream on his hc maybe they didn't hear me, ne biggie, my drink tasted watered down its 1153 i got it around 7am I am just having an emotional day I guess, maybe it was the atmosphere at the coffee shop, i felt like i walked in on a closing down business, i wasnt sure who was in charge, i guess greetings are a thing of the past, thats kinda lonely though, some times people have a bad day, and having someone there to say hey are you ok, here is a warm beverage to healp your day get going better? But maybe its because i wasn't wearing my ripped jeans and nikes , i did look pretty bad, regardless you get where im going at, a coffee shop sholp be a place you walk into and you feel warm, and the warm smell of freash coffee and cinnamon in the are, and people see you , and make you feel comfortable to belong, you want better reviews, hire nicer people, clean up the inside, say good morning or at least hello to customers, amd maybe work on adding a little more flavor, i still gave a tip, i dont know why, they didn't deserve it, but they probably didnt see me put $2 in the jar for them, if i ever want to go feel invisible though, the cookies you have a...
Read moreI was there with my son. There were other customers in the store as well when they started complaining about a specific customer coming through the drive through. Apparently she had changed her drink order when they were expecting her normal order, and that was apparently super frustrating and annoying for all three women in the store. However, talking about it so openly across the entire store infront of customers? For someone being there the first time, it was incredibly unprofessional and unsettling for them to not even bat an eyelash that there were other people listening. It makes me wonder how often and normal this behavior is. It’s a cute little shop though with cute mugs and coffee accessories. I like that there’s plenty of space and computers/WiFi available. I just wish the customer service was a little friendlier. I’ll definitely be giving it another shot. Hoping it was...

I purposely watched the interaction between the server and the person in the truck in front of me, there was a smile and pleasantries exchanged. However, I was presented with somewhat of a frown and puzzling pause. Furthermore, I'm not the only Black customer in Winnemucca who's felt or had similar experiences. Shameful, it'll be...
