I was at home watching tv on Friday night. I suddenly heard a zapping sound coming from the outlet that was to my left. About 10 seconds later, I heard another zapping sound and saw a small fireball come from the outlet to the left of the tv, then another 10 second was another zapping and fireball from the baseboard heater behind the tv. I immediately unplugged everything and turned off the breakers for the entire room. Being Friday, I knew that I had to wait until Monday for a local electrician. I called Gamma on Monday and a very kind and knowledgeable electrician named Dave came to my home and fixed everything in a timely manner. There were actually issues that had been brewing since the construction of my home in 1989. There were many improper wiring issues. I pointed out several outlets and fixtures that were not even working anymore. He explained everything as he worked, and in the end, everything in question was reworked, changed out, and fully functioning. A weight of worry was lifted from my shoulders. I've hired these guys twice now and I'm glad I did. The first time was to troubleshoot a circuit in my home that my electrician friend from the mine could not figure out. These guys charge by the hour but you would think it was a flat rate by the way he went about solving the issue. Very impressed with that extra effort. So, I hired them again to install a circuit in an attic I'm finishing, and they came through with the same impressive effort as before, my bill was noticeably lower than what was quoted too. That may not always be the case as each job has it's unique challenges, but I'm rather certain the professionalism and effort will always be exceptional from this company to keep your costs as low as they can be. We purchased a hot tub and needed a 50 amp circuit breaker installed for it and they scheduled us pretty quick. Their guy came out and checked out where we wanted to put our hot tub and checked the surrounding area and came the next day and installed it in less time than they quoted and the work was GREAT! We have had zero issues. Shortly after we called to see if they could get power to our gas fireplace for the blower and they came the next day and it was done in like an hour. It works perfectly. We had 3 other electricians come to try and give us power for it and all 3 said they couldn't, we got zero excuses and no BS ... excellent quality, good prices and knowledgeable employees!!!
