I was in russell-cellular Verizon on 5/31/20. Lilly Hagnere welcomed me as I came into the store. Lilly asked if she could help me. I explained my situation and she took charge. My experience with asurion was not a pleasant one. She was on the phone with asurion and Verizon for over 3 hours. Lilly was professional in all ways. Between her and Verizon customer service they found the solution. 95 % of the problem was handled by Lilly. I would Recommend Russell cellular to anyone Who Has Verizon as their provider. Courtney who recently helped me with my cell phone after I got my new phone help me get everything transferred over and done quickly and professionally.
