Arby's — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

The Arby's location on University parkway close to Sam's club is almost always clean inside and out, there are some times when it's extremely busy though the staff doesn't get every table when they should, but that's to be expected.

The staff this location is always been friendly regardless of how busy or slow they are, my only two complaints about this location and all Arby's so far, is the fact that they do not have a wheelchair accessible push button in thefront to open the doors for anyone on a wheelchair or crutches

they're wheelchair-friendly tables are not wheelchair-friendly, they are not tall enough to allow a person to roll their wheelchair under the table to sit comfortably while eating.

The other complaints, is sometimes the staff will spray what smells like Windex or some version that is extremely strong on the windows and tables, creating an awesome pleasant smell while you're trying to eat your food. Oh, there is another complaint that I have seen in the past, they had a solution oh they clear soapy substance right beside of the cashiers register that the staff was dipping their hands in every so often and even clean encounters with this has been a very long time ago.

other than these complaints, the bathrooms are very large and accommodating, but they again do not have a push button assistance to help anyone physically disabled to get in there and it would be nice for them to offer a gluten-free bun for people like me...

Went through The Drive Thru and ordered for three people. I have NEVER had any problems with the orders being incorrect or with the condiments I requested Not Being included The food has Always been very appetizing and hot when you receive it. I really can't say enough about the young employees who staff the Drive Thru, and I believe the entire establishment. Always friendly, smiling, eager to please. The young people who work at this location represent the OUTSTANDING ELEMENTS OF OUR COMMUNITY, and they should definitely be honored by Management. I Love you young men and women, and I respect your hard work and dedication. I am sure each of you will See That The Sky Is The Limit and that each of you will become very successful at anything you attempt with the attitude and determination and dedication you Display At Arby's. Arby's is right about one thing. At this location..

THEY HAVE THE MEATS. you ain't bout to skimped on your roast beef here. You want a beef and cheddar?! YOU GONNA GET YOUR BEEF! AND ✨ cheddar ✨

The fine folks who work at this store for part time making part time wages, giving us consumers our fix of what we're tweaking for. That thin slice of heaven between a toasted onion roll. Those crisp but fluffy as me all year round, curly fries. Perfection. Bliss. Neigh but instead, seasoned curly crisps that were handed down by Aphrodite herself.

Folks, you don't want to get you meat fix anywhere else on University Parkway. You want the meats? YOU GO TO ARBY'S. they got enough meats you gonna walk out or drive off with the meat sweats before you even taste your food! And you're gonna love every bite of it!.
