Dunkin' — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

I really, and honestly, hope someone within the Company of Dunkin' sees this. First off, this is NOT a bash of this particular Dunkin', of any of its employees, or of any of the employees at any other location, either, but of the entire Franchise now. Only leaving this for this particular location, due to it being the main location that I've always gone to, but like I said, it's not isolated to only this location. I started going to Dunkin' in the early part of 2019, and have loved it ever since, especially the flavored iced coffees, even waiting in those long as lines, back during the lockdowns of 2020, when everything was shut down, and no dining inside was allowed. Not sure what has happened, but going back to very, very late 2023, or very, very early 2024, something has changed that is used to make the flavored iced coffees now. As I said, this is NOT isolated to only this location, but every location in Winston-Salem, North Carolina now, even the newest locations on Reynolda, Country Club, and in Clemmons, too. Every flavored iced coffee I've been getting since, as I stated, late 2023, or early 2024, has been watered down tasting, with a severe lack of sweetness, and just a lack of taste, in general, and just straight up, and plainly, not good, at all, anymore. They've gotten so bad, that I've been throwing them away after drinking only about half of it, if I'm even able to stomach that much of it, and this has been going on since this issue started. The fact that this is happening at every location that I've ever gone to, and even these newer/newly opened locations that I listed above, tells me that it's not human/employee related/training, but rather, something that has changed with how, or with what, is now used to make the drinks. Last week was my last attempt to get anything edible, at any location, and due to everything having gone up, too, I'm tapping out of Dunkin' for the foreseeable future, maybe for good, due to not wanting to keep throwing away money, literally. I just wish I had someone else, anyone else, to ask if they, too, are having this same issue, or noticed it as well, or, if it's just me. I really hope, one day, someone within this Company gets this issue fixed. I had brain surgery back in September of 2020, and after that, and since then, too, until this started, my Dunkin' visits were all that gave me a little happiness, especially during 2020, and even more especially after my surgery, too, after I was able to leave the house again, several months later. The fact that I'm now getting better, and more edible, flavored iced coffees at Sheetz, when I used to have a similar issue there, off and on, years ago, really is a d*n shame, and never, in a million years, thought the situations would ever flip, such as they have. Anyhow, please, please fix this issue, because I'd love to have a good Dunkin' flavored iced coffee again!!!...

I went there on Sunday, July 11, 2021. I will not ever go back. First of all, their website stated only their drive through was open, so I waited 15 minutes in line to get my order. It wasn’t until I got tothe drive through window that I could see customers in the restaurant ordering. They got my order wrong, so I had to go into the restaurant to try and get it corrected. I ordered a Mint Chocolate Chip milkshake, which I’ve gotten from other Dunkin Donuts. They’re green, because the ice cream is green. Mine was white. They remade it, and it still was white. That’s because the bottom fourth of the cup was nothing but milk. I wanted give feedback on my visit, because it was not a good one. I tried to do the survey that was on my receipt. The Survey Code wouldn’t work (coincidence or an blatant attempt not to get feedback on this location?). Then I tried to do it without a survey code, however the store location was invalid (the store location that is printed on the receipt)- again, is this an attempt to not receive any feedback on this location because it’s so terrible?

For anyone wanting to go here, do yourself a favor and drive a little further down Peters Creek and go to McDonalds or Chick Fil-A or Hardee’s. Don’t waste your time goi;g to...

I made an online order and I was expecting them to be respectful and my order to be perfect like it said it would. I got there and they told me they didn’t have my whole order (for reference, I got 4 Boston Cream and 8 Chocolate Frosted) and they have me 5 Boston Cream and a Chocolate with sprinkles, I had to change my whole order and they told me I can change it to some flavors that didn’t want cuz I wanted my order, so I had to pick 6 other types cuz they didn’t have my order complete and the Iced Americano was old and had coffee grounds at the bottom and it just outright wasn’t made correctly I for one work in the food industry and they were about to close when I got there and they seemed like they didn’t wanna make anymore for the rest of the night and just close everything down early so they didn’t have to make anything, at my work place I would’ve gotten either written up or outright fired if I acted like that and didn’t give what the customer wanted or what they ordered and be rude to them about it I’m not coming back to this Dunkin Donuts ever again and don’t even consider coming to this one cuz you can find better service at a...
