Today, I could Honestly, say, I am so disappointed with the Customer Service at this panda express. I went to grab my first order. I work for Uber eats there was a short lady seems to me to be a Mexican lady. She was working at the register when I walked in. I seen her servicing a customer Way to the beginning of the line customer who seem to be also a Mexican or Similar background. We have an area that us as delivery drivers have to standby which is close to the register. As I seen, the lady was busy, I stood there patiently Just waiting on someone to acknowledge me because I seen my order and it was already ready for me to grab. I seen a white boy coming from the end with the food Seems to be walking towards the back where the kitchen is. I said, excuse me, sir, as he was walking by since I seen the other lady was busy. When I told him excuse me, sir loudly, he just walked right past by me without saying nothing. then I see what seems to mean to be like a Haitian woman or maybe African-American seems to me she’s around her 40s. She seemed to not be doing nothing at the time. I asked her may she please hand me the order because I’ve been standing here. She tells me no I have to wait on the other lady to hand me the order when clearly she was not doing nothing as a Uber eats delivery driver time is so important to us from picking up and dropping off. I seen two people who was capable of helping me, but they just did not want to help me. Both of their expressions look the same as if they were tired of their job. This Experience never happened to me at the store. Usually if I come in and I’m waiting on my order, they either tell me hold on as they service a customer so they can give me my order or other workers are helping out to hand Uber drivers their order. The same lady that I said who looks to me to be Haitian must’ve seen. I was a little bit disappointed and still waiting because the Mexican lady was having a conversation with the customer as she took out his food. She seemed to be very nice with him as they come down for him to check out. I was still in front of the register. The Mexican lady did not acknowledge me again so the lady who’s Haitian that denied to help me the first time came back looked at the order talked to the Mexican lady and asked her. Can she give me the order? The Mexican lady finally acknowledge me asked me to show her my phone of proof that this order belongs to me. I was so disappointed. I shook my head and walked out of the store now fast-forward hours later I get a second order to go back to the same store The Mexican lady was helping a customer as she walked past by me. She tells me to hold on at least I got that the second time around I tell her yes ma’am she comes back ask me for the order information. I gave it to her. She gives me the order And I ask her may I please get some ice she barely wanted to talk to me. She just said. Mmm hmmm and walks away i’m disappointed in the Customer Service and I can’t walk away without leaving a comment because me as a Uber eats delivery driver I treat everyone with respect. I understand we are all hard-working but that doesn’t mean we go around being mean giving people attitudes or bad vibes because I’m pretty sure that’s not what the company stands for Any other time I came I never had an issue. It’s just these specific workers. I’m so disappointed because that’s not all it. There’s a short old lady who works at the window, black lady to be exact a child who was trying to raise money for his football team came in asking anybody or anyone to donate to his charity The child Ask me I told him I’m working and I don’t have any cash on me. The child proceeds to walk away very respectfully and walks to the lady and tells the lady about his fundraiser, she said what did he say? When he was speaking to her? He said it louder, and the lady just walks away from him without giving him any answer. It broke me to see that the child who seems to be under the age of 12 looked heartbroken in that moment. I just wish I could’ve done something so...
Read moreI am very torn with this location. I have visited through the Drive-Thru many times and only had an issue once.
Visited the lobby dining room for the first time and it was a total disaster. We walked in around 8 pm, approached the counter...if you have ever heard the term "too many hands in the cookie jar," this was one of those moments. There were 4 employees behind the counter, and I can totally understand that they felt they were all helping, but it made things worse. I ordered the Bowl with the noodles and orange chicken...the person with me ordered rice and orange chicken. They make my meal and handed it, well tossed it on the case that sits over the food display. The girl then goes, grabs a bowl and walks away...while the next girl helps the woman behind us. Giving her the last of the rice and orange chicken...yes, I will say that should have gone to us. When she gets back, she has white rice in the bowl, the person with me explains that he didn't order white rice, she says, oh, I heard white rice...so, now we are told it will be about a 7 minute wait. Okay, fine...we ask if we can give mine back and both wait for the fresh order. They take my food back, set it on the hot table next to other food items (this is a big no-no. Never take food back once it hits hands or tables). They tell us they will bring our food out when it is ready. We pay, get our drinks, and sit down to wait. After what seems like quite a while, I look over and they are serving the rice and orange chicken to others while never even letting us know it was ready. I overheard her tell someone they are closing in 15 minutes, time on the door says 9:30, but okay. Date walks up, asks about our food...complete blank stare. Had to remind them about it, out of 4 people not a single one remembered? They then prepare his food fresh, and hand him the bowl that has been sitting there. He asks if we can get a fresh one and the girl says "Try this, if it's not warm enough, we will get another one." I ate it just to be done. May...
Read moreI like Panda Express, but almost every time I went to this location, over several months time before I decided it wasn't a fluke but business as usual here, I had some kind of negative experience.
We usually ordered online. Set the pick up time. Always got there on time or a few minutes after since we live nearby. The order is NEVER ready. Tried arriving 10 and 15 minutes after pickup. Not ready. Seems they disregard pickup time and only start it when you show up, making the whole system pointless and inconvenient for the customer. I once waited 23 minutes past my pickup time. There is no excuse for that. The drive through is often very slow - probably tied in last for all fast food restaurants in the city with the nearby terrible Taco Bell.
Two consistent problems I had even on the rare occasion everything else went smooth was the teriyaki sauce for the chicken wasn't put in the bag and had to be asked for. Teriyaki chicken isn't teriyaki chicken without the sauce. It's just chicken. I'm a very patient guy, but the main thing that turned me off of this location was inconsistent portion sizes. I once literally got two little slips of beef with my beef and broccoli. WTF? This issue seems most common with the beef items and the items that are an upcharge. Which is doubly insulting and disappointing. It's like they won't make more to properly serve everyone that orders it, but it is instead devided between them even if the portion size is obviously insufficient. That makes the price unfair.
It's a shame. I like the food and still get cravings for it, but having notable issues some 14 visits out of 17 or so is just ridiculous.
If you're in the mood for Panda Express, go to the one on 27 in Clermont by BJs. Much better experiences there over the last year. A bit cold inside so if you're one of those people take a hoodie or something. Employees are polite and dutiful. It is 3 times farther away from us than the one for this review, but we still go...
