Foxtail Coffee in downtown Winter Garden, FL, offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere perfect for both work and relaxation. The café features modern rustic décor with ample seating options, including comfortable arm chairs and communal tables. Keep in mind that it does fill quite quickly at times but you could also sit outside as well where they have two very long tables for bigger groups or smaller groups willing to share. The coffee is exceptional, with a wide variety of blends and brewing methods to choose from, ensuring a perfect cup for every coffee enthusiast. The baristas are knowledgeable and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I have yet to have a negative experience at this location and they are always willing to assist with suggestions or explaining how things are made. In addition to coffee, they offer a selection of pastries and light bites, making it a great spot for a quick snack or a leisurely brunch. I have tried quite a few things on their menu now and my favorites have been the cold brew and the vanilla latte with caramel sauce for the beverages and the chocolate croissant and double chocolate muffin warmed for the food selections. Whatever you choose, I’m sure you will love it. Whether you're meeting friends, getting some work done, or enjoying solo time, Foxtail Coffee is a great choice in...
Read moreThe customer service at this location is poor.i had a bad experience twice with the same barista at this location. I didn’t catch her name but she had black hair and small tattoos. The first time I went I ordered a drink I previously had at another location and explained the order to her stating I had it at another location. She seemed VERY annoyed with that and gave me attitude when speaking to me. She also was on her phone and complaining to a co worker while still taking my order how she just wanted to go home already.
The second bad experience with the same barista was today. We ordered the same exact drink and it had WAY too much cinnamon to the point that it was not drinkable. I hate doing this but the fact that we paid $15 for two lattes including a tip I just had to ask them to remake it for me. I went up to the barista and politely stating that it had way too much cinnamon if they could re make the drink. She looked at me and said “uhhh ok” with an attitude and then asked her co worker who was on the register to stop what he was doing and remake it for me and then got on her phone and started yelling at someone to “stay out of her room and stop touching her things”. I really hope management can evaluate who they have staffed because from other reviews I can see I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with...
Read moreI have been a loyal patron of Foxtail Coffee for many years, often coming in to study, relax, and enjoy your coffee. On my recent visit, I experienced something that has caused me to no longer support your brand.
After sitting down to study, I went to use the restroom and discovered that a code was required. When I approached the counter before making my purchase, I asked for the code. The employee informed me that I would need to buy something first. I explained that I intended to purchase after using the restroom, but was still told I had to buy something beforehand.
While I understand policies are in place for various reasons, this left me feeling unappreciated as a long-time customer. For four years, I have supported your business, but this experience has led me to decide not to return. I will be looking to support smaller, local coffee shops that prioritize customer trust and comfort.
As one lost customer, I would strongly encourage Foxtail to reconsider this policy. Locking restrooms to those who are already sitting in your café, studying and supporting your business, creates a negative experience. In a community where coffee shops are valued as gathering spaces, accessibility and...
