OOOFFF guys!! I've been a super fan since originally opening... but things have been rough recently. Aside from working through staffing issues and hours of operation recently, now there's issues with online ordering or food delivery ability to order. I came in person today as that was the only way to order. Ordered a kahuna crunch bowl with a couple extras... and this is the 3rd time I have felt like the bowl was significantly under filled!! At least under the old management these bowls were bursting (sometimes literally!) full! I also had ordered no jalapeños which was missed. I asked to confirm which order was mine as looking in the bag from the top there were 2 orders ready and when I mentioned the jalapeños they went and just hand scooped them out. I get it, and I have worked in fast food... but still found some in there while eating. Not the end of the world to me, but could be to someone else. Either start filling the bowls again (I mean, I paid nearly $20 for a single 'fast food' entre) or lower prices... or get smaller bowls to meet the size of your offering without making people...

3.85/5 Located in the newer development (with Barnes and Noble), not by Pei Wei. Vibe inside was super high ceiling and modern. They ran out of white rice an hour before closing but the brown rice seemed okay. Comparing to Hawaii Poke Bowl (my favorite). Pros (and cons): Their medium bowl was a perfect portion for me but wasn’t much cheaper than Hawaii’s. I do like that their bowls (any of the three sizes) or make-your-own were the same price. The naked shrimp was cut up (✔️ made it go farther) but didn’t seem as good as Hawaii. Slightly over cooked? Canned and fountain pop was available but no cilantro. Cilantro may be a dealbreaker for me. Not as many sauce and crunch options (or meat, or any category for that matter). I just added ‘crunch’ to my make-your-own bowl; I don’t know what it was. Garlic chip/flakes? They were plentiful. As were the too big scallions. Better than two other poke I’ve tried- I...

I love aloha poke bowl, always have, but my experience today definitely put a damper on things. I was disappointed with the staff to say the least. I walked in at 8:30pm, which I didn’t expect much considering it was close to close. I was placing my order and the woman working could give less than half A shit. Okay, is what it is. I order 2 bowls and paid $41 for both which price was definitely fair. What I got was, the first bowl, I ordered chicken and shrimp both marinated, got shrimp and salmon instead. Also ordered spicy aioli and Samari sauce but only received one of the two sauces. Then in my second bowl, ordered the marinated shrimp and salmon but got naked salmon and marinated shrimp with again only had one of the sauces I ordered. I get being kinda close to closing isn’t ideal but when I’m paying $40 for my food I expect it to be correct. Not sure if I’ll be coming back to this location...

First time visitor: I know my picture is of an empty bowl. Let me tell you why. To start, I am a saucy gal. From 33 years on this earth, I've come to the realization that I generally prefer more sauce than the average bear. I ordered an extra side of the two sauces that came on my marinated salmon rice crunch bowl. I didn't even use them! This bowl was a thing of perfection. I wish I had taken a photo from the start. The second reason my bowl is empty, is because I couldn't stop eating it. I'm a big believer in eating what is delicious and satisfying. I generally stop when the protein is gone, as well as the "deliciousness". This bowl doesn't stop. From start to finish it was utter perfection. This will definitely become a go to stop for me!. Had to add a photo of a full bowl. It was so good I got it the next night!!!
