Subway — Restaurant in Woodson Terrace

Today I'm on the clock took everybody order and went to subway and if you been out after it snowed then you know how parking is and I have a custom made Lexus which make parking impossible when there snow and cars already parked except for one spot in the middle in the front on the left side of the empty parking space was a big pickup trucks that was actually hanging out of his parking spot I chose to park on side I made sure I was not blocking business which cleaners was closed. I went inside and the person behind the counter asked me was tht my car I said no and she looked as if she wanted to go find the person to mind you it's 2 degrees outside. I then told her it's my car and she said I have to move it I told her the business is closed on the side of them and that there is no parking space she then yelled tht she will not take my order i just said ok nd left...lol jokes on her and whoever owns that franchise bc our company comes there alot and give them business which will no longer happen. I don't mind driving the extra miles to go to the next subway which was pleasant home girl was in a good mood made a joke and things were sweet. When you're not understanding and controlling you tend to lose in life you sabotage and many times it's bc someone has hate in their heart...a lil therapy goes a long way and better...

Called in a pick up order around 640pm on 4/22. The person answering the phone answers it very rudely! “Subway” in the most drab voice ever! Then when I get there to get my food no one greeted me. A female worker there was very rude to the other customers in the store and not once asked “what can I do for you?” She just pointed to me. I get my order and get home and the food is cold! I was told 15-20 mins for my food to be ready, I was there in 12 and the food was sitting on the counter. When I open up my food it’s cold, not cool, cold! I had a wrap, a pizza and a toasted ham. My wrap was to have everything BUT lettuce and black olives with extra banana peppers and NO DRESSING! I had 1 banana pepper no cucumbers tons of dressing and no spinach! The pizza was cold and the toasted ham was not toasted! This is the first time my order has beeen wrong at this location! Not my first run in with “extra friendly” lady who works there! Unfortunately this is the closest subway to me! Less that 1/2 a mile. I will not be coming back! I will go out of my way to get better service and the...

For the first time ever I was not satisfied the commercial is advertising buy a 6ft get one free. I went there and was told I had to buy two and get one free. I bought two she did not automatically give me the third sandwich and then when I asked are you giving me the free one? I was told I had to ask for the free one so I did. So I proceeded to put toppings on my sandwich the pickels,tomatoes, and the cucumbers were all at the bottom of the container and looked wilted and not good . I asked for a new container of fresh veggies she told me she could not get any out that she has to use all that was in there until they were all gone before she could get more. I told her they looked terrible and I did not want them so still refusing to get fresh I was forced to leave and take none of them.
