If I could give a 0 I would. I order two chicken sandwiches and a large fry. You would think this would be a very simple order but unfortunately for this location it was not. They forgot the large fry so I called in to let them know. I really just wanted a refund as I didn’t receive my item and there is no way I was driving back with two hungry kids ready to eat. This is the worst part, I spoke to a manager she said she can’t refund but she could send me a reward which isn’t a reward it’s just what was easiest for them I guess. I wait 3-4 days and no large fry, so I call in and she has the girl who answered the phone let me know she will send it tonight. I say that’s no ok let me speak to the manager. I repeat what she said as I wanted to confirm this is what just happened- and her response was “yes that is an accurate assessment”. I question why it was not already sent out and she says we are closed on Sunday and I wasn’t here yesterday even though the order was made on Friday and promised that day. I have never experienced such awful customer service from any Chick Fil A. Maybe inconsistent food sometimes but I literally go to a chick fil a for the customer service. Very disappointed and in disbelief. I have lived in 4 different states and have traveled all over the US dining at different chick fil a’s and never have I experienced anything even close to this. Read moreI’ve been coming to this location for my client for the past 6 months I know. He’s a very routines and Saturday’s he eats chick fil a. Cup of soup a side salad and a large root beer. Simple enough. The past couple of times has been absolutely terrible. The soups have been spicy. The first time he said it was hot I thought maybe he needed to let it cool. It was “actually” spicy and have never known chicken noodle soup from there to be spicy. He called to inform them and “Maddison” assured him that she would take care of it. We go back order the same thing and give Maddison’s name. They say she’s at the window and I was looking forward to thanking her for her help. When I got to the window, they didn’t speak or crack a smile. The girls handed me the drink and pointed me to the parking area “1” and wait for a SOUP AND SALAD. Nothing was being fried or cooked. I sat for 5 minutes waiting on another soup that was even spicier. This time you can tell it tasted like it was supposed to be southwest. Not to mention approaching the window, and them pointing me to the young lady, who they directed to walk away from the window to hand me the food. Not only was it disrespectful, we feel it was done on purpose and he’s 90! What if he was allergic to spicy foods??? Let’s hope he doesn’t have a reaction! Read moreWe LOVE LOVE LOVE Chick Fil A...any time of day...any location...just about any of the food on the menu. BUT this location is by far the worst location we've ever visited. CFA is my special needs son's (and husband's) FAVORITE place to eat and our lifetime CFA points can attest to this (95,500+)! But this location is different from all of the others:
Opposite of any other CFA we've been to, some of the employees are not kind. Not just neutral, but negative and some even rude. I had an employee say "whatever" to me when I asked for 1 extra sauce for a 24 nuggets. Once my tea tasted terrible (something was wrong) and when I asked for a new one I was met with rudeness yet again. These are only 2 examples of many. Completely opposite of CFA's image and mission.
The orders are, most of the time, incorrect requiring another trip through the drive through and/or being charged for wrong or missing items. My sister has even been charged twice for a large order at this location and it has taken several un-returned phone calls to try to get her money back and that situation is still not resolved. Take the time to check your order before you pull away.
There are quite a few CFA's in the Cherokee County and I would highly recommend going to a different location if at all possible. Hopefully this CFA will do extra training and perform like all other Chick Fil...
