Unbelievable the worst customer service experience Iāve received in a long time. My fiancĆ© ordered the grilled cheeseburger that has been recently a fan, favorite. He got home and there was no burger patty. We called the store, and it appears as though person ringing up the order, didnāt understand and just rang up grilled cheese with mayo. No worries we were willing to drive back there to get the right food item. They insisted that we have to pay for the burger patties even though we had already driven there once driven back home. I get the economy is bad, but this experience with five guys has lost regular business. We have been regulars at this five guys have never had this experience...

Other employees tried to be polite but the rudeness of the man at the grill was beyond reproach and ruined it for everybody inside the building. You could see everybody trying to just hunker down and stay away from his ignorance. Food was okay not great they've slipped a lot over the last couple of years, probably will never go back again. Itās a Five Guys, so of course the food is Five Guysā food...nothing to complain about.
This particular location is the only one Iāve ever been to which seems to be extremely stingy with the size of their orders of fries. My family consists of myself, my wife, and 4 children. We always order a large fry, and no matter which location we choose, we always have an abundance of fries. Borderline too many. Not here. The large size cup was filled up, and placed into the bag, not a single extra fry.
We will continue to eat Five Guys, just not at this particular...
