Came here 2 days ago with the family and spent about 100 bucks. Usually come here by myself ALOT! Atleast 2,3, or 4 times a week!!! A lot more than what is healthy. Not no more: I find it absolutely ridiculous to see employees chitchatting it up like a high school reunion back in the kitchen and up in the lobby at the tables with the employees taking breaks at the tables while people are waiting to have their order taken, as well as chitchatting it up with (I guess employees who are off) who stop by to see the employees and talk in the lobby. Like what is this some get together high school meetup to forget all the customers location or something, it is so insanely tacky to see (again like I said what I assume is employees who are off) up in the lobby with pajamas on with their baby’s attached to their hips laughing and cussing and hooting and hollering with employees.
Moving on, recently for a couple months, my order is wrong every single time I get something from this place, weather it’s they forget to punch the button to not put something on my burger or add, or they forget a straw, or they forget my mayonnaise on the side or they forget or didn’t hear I wanted a large or medium or whatever. It’s always something. I have always been forgiving and tell myself, oh they’re busy, oh they have too much going on and forgot. NOT NO MORE!!!
Tonight did it in for me and I WILL NOT be spending 100 plus dollars a week at this place no more because I’ll be darned if I pay 40 something dollars to have some food door dashed to me like tonight and something is missing like a straw, condiments, and upsizing my daggum order. Like come the freak on its a to go order for door dash, can’t you see it on a screen. Isn’t everything printed in fine print right in front of you. Like how do you mess this up. All of the tools you need to succeed are right in front of you …… if somebody gets a drink with their order, you give them a straw……..if somebody gets an ice cream with their order, you give them a spoon…………..like it is complete common sense it’s really not that hard.
If somebody asked for ketchup or mayonnaise Gosh darn you got it right, You put the ketchup or mayonnaise in the bag.
It is so sad to see a somewhat decent of a place that can offer some good food. Go downhill like this. This place is literally becoming like Wendy’s Where people don’t care about their jobs they don’t do what they’re supposed to do They don’t take care of the customers And then the store ends up closing down. I have been getting food from here since they have been opened and I have watched them go downhill ever since.
Do the math, Someone like myself who has come there and spent at least $100 a week if not more since they opened. Gone. Bye. Adios. That’s gotta be a dent in some sort of logistical manner. And I’m sure others stopped going as well causing a dent as well.
Yall big wigs want more in your pockets. Put some decent people in the kitchen to work and up front, tell them to stay off their daggum phones, And focus on work, Rather than trying to chitchat with employees all the time, Maybe offer some sort of bonus incentives I don’t know, That’s not my forte, but somebody better do something or this place is going to end up...

Read moreThe other morning I waited almost 30 minutes to get my food. I even came at a good time because there was no line to order. It is happening again this morning, and I’m going to be late for an appointment. Both times They have made me pull up so that they could cook the grilled chicken for my sandwich, and I sat there for almost 30 minutes before I got my food. I was prepared to wait for 20 minutes, but I don’t think anybody would be prepared to wait 30 minutes for fast food. I went first thing in the morning, so there is actually no line to order. I pulled right up to the window and ordered my food. Because I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food to cook, I was actually almost late for work. They also ask you to pull up and wait in the parking lot when your food isn’t ready to reset the window meter, so their numbers actually look a lot better than they actually are. This has happened every time that I’ve come here (and the manager was at the window this morning, so management knows), and that’s the only reason that I’m leaving this review.
The food is amazing. It’s one of my favorite places to eat in Woodstock now. Probably not worth a 30 minute wait, though. Like I said, the other morning I waited almost 30 minutes to get my food, but there was no line to order. So that is purely the wait time for the food. If they can just figure out the logistics for everything and get their wait times down, I will consider...
