Firehouse Subs Woodstock — Restaurant in Woodstock

I'm not sure who owns this location but a call would be most helpful so if you can reply I can better explain. 1. We walked in the place was filthy so I went back to the car to get sanitizing wipes, had to clean the table and chairs. At first I figured they were short. They weren't. There were 4 people there. 2. We both ordered club on a sub, they steamed them however both sandwiches were cold Luke warm at best. 3. While eating a flying object comes out of no where. We quickly realized it was mustard. Not sure what happened, if it burst or an employee dropped it but it went everywhere including our food and clothes.4. At no point did anyone co e to talk to us but a young lady did come to clean when she realized what happened and she apologize. The manager and the other gentleman working were mute. We were headed to meet friends so of course we just got up and left bc it was clear they don't want customers. Neither of us had our phones inside but I wish we did. The health inspectors need to visit this place we won't be back but they...

I'm about ready to give up on this location of Firehouse Subs. It would be nice if the owner would respond. Almost every time I've ordered from them, there has been something missing or incorrect. I don't like to be one of "those" people so I just chalked it up to them being busy and let it go. Today's order, I just can't. My New French Dip came without the au jus, which is kind of key to the sandwich, and NONE of our sandwiches had pickles, again. I have called and called and called and they are apparently not answering the phone today, leaving me with no way to fix it without having to drive down there. When you place an order with a restaurant and spend $$$ on sandwiches, you expect to get what you ordered and paid for. Very frustrated at this point at both the, yet again, incorrect order and the inability to reach them on the phone. Order at your own risk. You might get what you wanted, you might not. And you're out of luck...

Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life!!!! Imagine being on the road for over 6 hours, after being out of town for the week. I go in to pick up dinner for my family. I come in and I’m not greeted by Mando, who takes my order. He ask me want I want on my sandwich. I tell him exactly what I want. Get home to unpack and go to eat to find out my sandwich has cheese, which I didn’t ask for. I call back and I am rudely being told” you didn’t tell me you didn’t want cheese”. At this point I’m confused, because I was asked what I want on my sandwich and cheese didn’t make the list. No apology just spoken to in a very rude way and told to come back tomorrow, but what about my family’s dinner tonight? Unbelievable!!!
