I reached out to this location following a horrible drive through experience and never received the refund the “manager” rudely advised he would provide or the reimbursement coupons via mail that the store rep Anna advised she would provide following the experience. We waited in the drive thru 25 minutes and it was evident they had “forgotten” our order well once the order arrived it was missing drinks, they went back to get the drinks at which point we discovered our food was ice cold so our order was not forgotten it was evidently sitting on a counter while they went about preparing other orders.. our drinks were brought to us with melted whip cream in the milk shake which confirmed it was just sitting there the entire time we were waiting. The “manager” ( I wish we had gotten his name but he was all of 20 years old) came and I asked him to feel the food at which point he literally snarled he would get us a fresh medium fry.. just a fry because that is all he bothered to feel was cold.. my husband gets out to give him the bag of cold food and the manager said he would not refund us without the drinks and my husband goes “you are seriously going to be rude to me?” The guy shoves the food in the trash and advises he would refund us minus the drinks which we would have given back had we not been absolutely mortified of what was occurring and we leave. Read moreI’ve always been a huge fan of Chick-fil-A and their service. Even if my order got messed up or the service wasn’t 100%. I have never been to Chick-fil-A and actually been disappointed. But this morning I went to your location and in the drive-through, the girl taking my order was surprisingly offputting. I pulled up, she say good morning and ask how I’m doing. I told her I’m doing good and asked her how she’s doing. Her response was “I’m exhausted. Can I get a name?” The entire time she took my order she did not look at me once and seemed very unhappy to be there. Her words felt scripted and she talked fast, almost cutting off the ends of my sentences with hers making me feel rushed even though I was one of three people in the split drive-through line. I know not everyone has the best day at work every day but they should not be in the drive-through being my first point of contact with a Chick-fil-A employee. I was shocked by her response so I took a second to respond. I told her I had a mobile order and she snapped back saying “well then I still need a name.” I was very disappointed this morning. Read moreWe've always been long time Chick-fil-A lovers, but had never been to the Dwarf House. So for my 70th birthday my sister and three grandkids + one friend decided to check it out. From the moment Karen seated us in the dining room to the end of our meal, we had the time of our lives! Karen was so warm and friendly and personable and made us feel right at home. Our server Grace was amazing! She constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything at all. No detail was missed. The chicken soup my sister and I had was the very best I have ever tasted! It was hot and loaded with awesome chicken and carrots and noodles. The bowl of soup is enormous! My sister got the cup which was definitely enough for lunch. Grandkids loved the way they could get their usual favorites, but could also add sides like bacon to their order. Then the staff came over with a bowl of vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream and sang happy birthday to me. What a treat that was!! Actually two treats!! The vanilla ice cream there is wonderful. The grandkids love the vanilla ice cream cones. And also the thick and creamy milkshakes. We can't wait to go back!!! I would give a lot more stars if...
