I honestly canât say enough good things about this place. The staff at XHALES are absolutely amazing â both the day and night teams go above and beyond to help with anything you need. Everyone here is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure youâre taken care of. They always give the best advice and really take the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly.
This has become my #1 go-to XHALES location. Iâve never been to one before, and theyâve truly educated me on everything â from CBD products to anything that might seem confusing or questionable at first. They make sure you understand what youâre buying, how to use it safely, and how to take care of yourself once you leave the store. That kind of attention and care is rare, and I really appreciate it.
They also stay up to date with all the newest and coolest vapes, and they actually show you whatâs new, explain the differences, and take their time so you know exactly what youâre getting. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows.
The staff are amazing humans â friendly, helpful, and very articulate. Theyâre always willing to share information, give honest recommendations, and make sure you walk out feeling confident in your purchase.
Even though this XHALES is a bit out of the way from where I live, I always make the trip because itâs worth it every single time. This store is hands down the best in Atlanta. If you live anywhere nearby, I highly recommend stopping by â you will not regret it.

   Read moreI thought I found a new vape shop. The young woman behind the counter was very sweet kind and excited for me to go to rock fest. It was such a great experience.
When I return to the store a second time the same young woman scolded me hard for reaching behind the counter. Just to add a little clarity; I just reached over and grabbed a box so I could review the flavor. Now, Iâm not saying that I shouldâve done that. I should not have done that. But thereâs better ways to handle a customer when youâre an employee.
She and an other employer were incredibly rude and made me feel very small. Everyone in the store was looking at me. Of course I walked out immediately. I did apologize but walked out.
Iâm not dumb enough to think that this review is a big screw you to the man or that XHale city is gonna miss my $60 a month. They wonât miss me. And I wonât miss them. But leaving this review helped my sanity.

There is a guy that worked there this morning. Monday July 15 at around 12.
I walked in and asked for something and he just pointed down the aisle and said "check over there."
Fine, I walk over there and then had a specific question about and atomizer. "What I have is in the case" is his response.
Ok, kind of an attitude but not a problem. He's texting away at his phone and I decide forget the atomizer let me just buy a whole dab rig or pen. So I asked which one would be best for oil and he says "what I have is right here" absolutely doesn't look up from his phone and keeps texting.
WTH was that?! He was to bothered and busy to help the only customer in the store? I had a simple question, "which do you recommend?"
I instead drove to the vape shops two stores down in the Goodwill center and dropped $200 there.
