McDonald's — Restaurant in Wooster

We ordered our food had to pull over and wait witch ok busy we can understand that.. it's how and with no customer service training apparently they handled us waiting someone came out asked what we ordered then said it should be out shortly, then someone else came out 17 mins after we ordered waiting then she drops the food witch stuff happens we didn't flip but all we got was I just dropped your food all over and she walks away no sry no I will be right back so more sitting and waiting another 15 mins another one comes out says did u have and list everything we said yes then he said I don't see the pics in here she goes they should be and walks off so we like ok so then I called in there and whoever answered I said we didn't get our pies and no straws she goes yeah it will be a wait for this like 9 mins so I said we have to be at work I said it's already been over 35 mins dealing with all this and not one of you said sry or nothing and i Said just credit my card back she said I don't think you paid for the pies I said they was on the screen and she even said pies when brought our food out she goes well I don't know. Never have I dealt with such rude people not one sry not one at all trying to show any...

Horrible service. We walked in and first off it was very sticky and half of the ordering machines were broken, we ordered 2 burgers one Big Mac and one double cheeseburger. I had trouble paying because the employee at the front didn’t know if I could split my payments between cash and card (which obviously I could) so she took 3 minutes talking ti the manager asking if I could do that, finally when she let me, me and my friend sat down and waited for 20 minutes. After that we went up to the front to see if it was done, the lady told us to wait a couple more minutes so we sat back down. After that we still haven’t out food so we set a 10 minute timer. It went off and then waited 8 minutes after. After 15 minutes I went back up and she didn’t think I actually ordered even though I had my receipt clearly had the order time. Finally when the lady believed me it took it them another 10 minutes to finally make our food. And when they finally gave us our food they didn’t even make my order right. This used to be the best McDonald's in town. I don't know what happened, but it'snow the worst. The food seems to either be burnt or cold. Never hot and fresh. The employees are rude and some of them appear unclean. The entire staff seem to need retrained on appropriate customer service and appropriate employee hygiene. They are aware that they are messing up too, because it's almost impossible to get your receipt without asking for it outright. Too many bad reviews on their surveys, I imagine. They don't know how to use the 2 drive thru system either. I pulled up at the second drive thru ordering station and watched as 3 other cars pulled up to the first one and got to order before anyone greeted me. When the fourth car pulled up and started ordering, I circled around the building and pulled into the first spot just to see them finally take someone else's order from the second station. Drive a little further and go to the McDonald's on Beall Avenue if you're craving their food. Much friendlier staff and better...
