Tried calling to place an order for a cake (as this is a bakery) and asked, politely “I was looking at ordering a cake for pick up on sunday, would that be possible?”. And the person on the phone said “no.” and I repeated: “you don’t do cake orders?” and again the lady said “no” (their website states they do) then said something else that I could not understand and put their phone down while I waited for 5 minutes on hold. I ended the call and will be placing an order elsewhere. Just very poor communication and rude which is a shame because their baked goods looked very good! What a gem! We had to stop unexpectedly when going through Worcester, so my daughter could use the bathroom, and we explored their offerings and were delighted with everything we bought. They have many different kinda of coxinhas and the staff were very kind and friendly when explaining the differences (we’d never had one before). There was even a hot dog one for our daughter! I also had something like a piece of stromboli, stuffed with ham, corn, green onions, and a creamy cheese. They will heat up these foods and have a couple tables where people can sit and eat. Having only been here a couple of times, I was very graciously led through various items and recommendations from the woman working the counter. She even let me try some wonderful passionfruit pudding she was making.
