Ive being a often client on this place, and I have to say in the last 6 months the quality of the food only deteriorated. When i ordered for pick up in more than 50% of the times they had prepared the wrong order (they confuse chicken/beef/pork VERY FREQUENTLY), the juice which comes with the lunch (a sort of combo) tastes like the fruits were rotten, very bitter. The food is soupy, very salty sometimes. Once i was having lunch with a co-worker in there and my co-worker found a black long HAIR INTO the meat. That was extremely disgusting. Today my partner wanted to eat in there and we had lunch, the food was like a soup of rice and beans (and it wasn't supposed to be a soup), the chicken was so salty that I ate only 20% of the plate and couldn't finish it, the passionfruit juice was bitter and tasting rotten has always. And they charge $18 for the lunch. I'm Brazilian, and I understand the importance to support business into the Brazilian community, but after today I won't think twice before get a mexican/japanese/chinese/whatever food instead go to Miranda Bread...
Read moreAhh! Brazilian food!! This is the place for that! From X-Tudo (Everything Burger) to ham, egg & cheese sandwiches to fresh baked bread. I usually do come here for the handheld snacks though because they are affordable and filling. The cozinha (chicken croquet) to the very famous pão de queijo (cheese balls). Everything is most of the time fresh and still very warm. Cakes are delicious but the fact that they have so many types is hard to comment on everything. Their baked breads are very good and never stale or old. The reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 is usually because although they work and get your order in fast, you'll probably have to wait in line. What's worse is the parking lot. Quite a nightmare! The parking lot is usually full and to get a spot is a fight of chicken. Other than that this place is worth coming to and...
Read moreGave this place a few tries.... açaí bowl is horrendously made, looks unattractive... cakes are old, the lunch tastes good but when they make the to go plate, seems like they throw it in there... last week the salad had half of a tomato, they didn’t even cut it. Staff isn’t friendly at all. On the other hand, the Miranda in Framingham is the best Brazilian bakery that I have ever been to. Staff is great, excellent food... The other day I even asked the girls there if both places were the same owner and I was informed it was. My question is, how can one be the best (Framingham) and the other worst...
