I placed my order for about $80 and had it delivered. When it arrived I had a missing item. I called the restaurant and she asked if I wanted to come and pick up the missing item which was a dumb question to ask considering I had it delivered. I asked for a manager and it wasn't one available. The girl told me to call tomorrow because she didn't have access to online orders. I call the next day and still no manager was available and I was hung up on. So I went up there on the third day & waited about 15mins before she took my information down, still no manager was available. Later that evening I received a phone call telling me I could return to the location for my refund. I don't understand, is it really that hard to hire decent people? I will never patronize this business again & the food was over cooked & nasty. The employees was unconcerned, unprofessional & just rude. Read moreAbsolutely Disgusting and UNSANITARY! I ordered mild wings for my daughter, but didn’t realize until we were already in the car that we were given the wrong order. My daughter had already tasted one and said it didn’t taste right. When I checked, I saw it was the wrong flavor.
I went back in to get the correct order, and what happened next was shocking. Instead of making fresh wings or even offering a refund, the employee tried to give me a different customer’s order—and get this—they had the nerve to pack up the wings my daughter had already eaten from and give them back to the original customer who had complained about a mix-up!
So not only did they mishandle orders, but they were willing to serve food that had already been opened and touched. I refused to take any food from them after that. This is beyond unacceptable and completely unsanitary. I will absolutely be calling corporate. This location needs to be...
Read moreI tried to leave this on the website as I saw recommended in response to some other reviews but when prompted to select the location the website doesn't know the Crestwood location exists so I couldn't. I know you just opened and expected it to be busy. Ordered online and was given 30 min pick up time. Purposely waited longer and it still wasn't ready. Waited another 5 til it was ready so not terrible. I assumed the order was correct and drove all the way home to discover 3 items I paid for were missing. We were excited to see this store open as we've always thought BWW was superior to the other wing choice in town but the wings were smaller and overcooked.
