I wanted to write a review because not only was I satisfied as always, I was somewhat surprised and disappointed at the lack of customer service collectively. We went on 6/2/23 in the afternoon and Trinity was amazing from the moment we walked in until we left. It was a total of 5 of us and Trinity was the only staff member taking our orders individually, preparing our orders and ringing us out. There were 4 other workers there (that I saw) and not one of them greeted us, asked if SHE needed help or assisted her at any capacity. One staff member even stood and watched without lending a hand! At one point Trinity searched for the peanut butter, while preparing one of our orders and she turned to ask another worker standing by the waffle maker and the worker responded “turn around and look behind you”!! I get it everyone has a specific job but when a rush of people come in with multiple orders I would like to think that all hands should be on deck, that didn’t happen in this case. The only person helping us the entire time was Trinity! She was engaging, thorough, friendly and went above and beyond to get us out of there and she did it wonderfully! Great customer service...

On Friday (10/24), I ordered a Mud Pie Mojo with specific mix-ins that I paid for but didn’t receive. By the time I got home, it was too late to go back. Then today (10/26), my husband placed another online order for the same flavor — and they made it with chocolate ice cream instead of coffee, again ignoring the mix-ins and substitutions. Both orders were online, so it’s not like there was confusion at the counter.
We started ordering online because the in-person experience has been even worse. The employees are often distracted, playing loud music, and more focused on their conversations than the customers. It feels like they just don’t care about their work or the quality of service.
It’s unfortunate because the product itself is great — but between the mistakes, lack of professionalism, and poor in-person experience, we’ll be staying away from this location...
Read moreWent to cold stone today to grab something for myself and a coworker. Placed an online order so I could pick it up and go. And once again, they forgot the waffle cone bowls that I paid for, this is not the first time this has happened, but I'm sick of paying for something and not receiving it. I finally decided to leave a review. Once is a mistake, twice can be forgiven, and this third time it is simply my fault for continuing to spend my money at this establishment. I don't think I can recommend this place to anyone who decides to place an online order for pickup. This is really just unacceptable at this point.
