Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Worth Township

Extremely disappointed with this location's service, attitude, lies, and sandwiches. My boyfriend and I go to the Orland location all the time, so yesterday was our first time going to the Crestwood location. We preordered two sandwiches on the Jersey Mike's app. One sandwich was the club supreme with everything on it and the other was the bacon ranch chicken cheese steak with everything besides tomatoes. We were extremely disappointed that the club sandwich was missing all toppings, only had a small amount of cheese and meat. The bacon ranch chicken wrongfully had tomatoes and was also was missing all the toppings it was supposed to have. I brought both sandwiches to the counter and let the four employees know. They blamed us and lied saying we ordered them "plain", which was a complete lie. No apology was offered from any of the four employees who were standing around doing nothing. $19 for two incorrect sandwiches, no apology, and wrongful blame. Came to the Crestwood location because the Oak Lawn location is currently closed for renovation. The employee, a male, taking the orders said hello to the couple in front of us and the gentleman behind us but when it was our turn to order, he stood there with a blank face... I felt like it may have been a race related issue. It made our entire experience there uncomfortable. I felt rushed and wasn’t able to customize any “hot” sandwiches that I ordered because he said he was “just taking the meat and bread order”. No one asked if we wanted everything on the hot sandwiches, they just assumed we did. Waiting for our sandwiches made my anxiety flare up because I felt like our patronage wasn’t welcomed there. The employee, a lady, who rang up us up was very professional and friendly. This experience has made up my mind that I will never step foot in the Crestwood...

This place was SO great when it opened! Delicious sandwiches and really nice employees. I don't know what happened since then... but almost every time I order from here (which is becoming less and less) at least one sandwich is messed up. The great customer service is no longer there either. This last time, ONE sandwich out of 4 was correct. One sandwich was missing all together. The other 2 had completely wrong toppings. The bottle of water was missing from the order. When you order online, the bag is sealed, so you don't really know what's in there. Then when trying to call, they don't answer the phone.
