Early Sun afternoon I ordered food telephonically & I perceived the person who answered the phone was new. As I had to repeat my very simple order of wings 4 times. When I went to pick my order up I made sure the person ringing me up read back my order b/c I wasn't sure it would be correct. Like I figured, it was not. Instead of getting an apology from the female I suppose was the lead or manager I got an "oh the person who took your order is new" statement, which is fine, but a sorry before that would have been great too. Then after having to wait again for more wings I asked if I could have a condiment to go along with the wings. I was told I'd be charged extra for a condiment even though I had been inconvinienced. Read moreVisited our local Wingstop last night for the gazillionth time :) We ordered two classic wing combos with well done fries and extra seasoning. It was a Thursday evening, so we assumed it would be busy, hence the well done fries. We prefer them not well done but have gotten them not finished cooking too many times when they’re busy that we always do extra well done now when they’re busy. We also order extra seasoning because when we don’t we sometimes get no seasoning. The cheese sauce, ranch, and blue cheese are awesome, and we really love having liquid cheese on occasion. I love the hot honey rub which is only limited time, it’s not super spicy, just has a really good flavor. Read more1.) App will not let me order due to the “store being closed” yet they are obviously open for many hours to come. 2.) They will not me order over the phone. 3.) the Wingstop website cannot maintain a wing count an keeps glitching out. 4.) the app cannot add Correctly and over charges me (I took screen shots of my $60 order being over $80) 5.) I called the store and their response to all this was “we are not sure” and “there is nothing we can do” also no manager, shift lead, or anyone that can help. 6.) the store was too busy to care about delivery order and gave me a bogus phone number to call.
