It's always unfortunate when you feel compelled enough to take time out of your day to have to write a bad review. Well, here it is!
I go through the drive thru 50 minutes before close on June 27th and wait about 5 minutes for service. All of the lights are on both outside and inside the building. A man pulls up behind me and also waits through the drive through. After a couple more minutes of no service I pull up to the window to inquire about getting a meal. Before I can even fully turn my head at the service window just to even look inside the building I hear a woman scream in rage, "What are you staring at? We are closed!" It then occurs to me that this very audible scream is coming from INSIDE the building through the closed service window. I look through the glass to now see the woman who was just screaming now staring at me with a very mean face. She approaches the window, opens it and rudely tells me that they are closed, as if holding back another scream. All I could say in my disbelief of the extremely rude service I just received was, "Thank you Brandy!", as I started to drive away. (I saw that "Brandy" was on her name tag as she was staring me down for no reason). As I pulled away and made my way back around the building to leave, I noticed the man that was behind me at the drive through was still there in the drive thru lane waiting to make an order! So, I pulled up next to him and informed him of the bad experience I just had and that they were in fact "closed". He thanked me for informing him and pulled out of the drive thru lane. As I started to drive away, I noticed he pulled up to the drive thru window as well. It seemed like he got a similar screaming and rude service that I just had gotten.
In all, this experience was very unfortunate. I didn't even get any food when they were clearly open. I don't even care if they closed early. I would have been fine with a sign at the drive thru saying they were closed. At least perhaps turn the lights off. Brandy could have clearly also been more polite at the drive thru window, but instead I guess she had to be extremely rude, stare, and scream for no reason. I also noticed there was a guy working with her too, if that means anything - I'm sure he can validate my bad experience from tonight and the man that was behind me at the drive thru.
People, it seems to me you must stay clear away from this Wendy's. Beyond terrible service. Brandy probably shouldn't be...

Went here recently on a hot day and my husband and I ordered 2 frosty's. That was it.
First off the girl at the register was rude. Not just to us, but to everyone before us. There was a huge line of people standing around waiting for their orders while the people in the back were chit chatting and one was on her phone.
I feel like they are managed very poorly. I get that the people waiting for food might have to wait a bit more while it's being prepared, but I felt like the people who ordered just drinks or a frosty could have been served promptly and sent on their way. Instead the staff went in order. So the couple in front of us that came in for 2 drinks, along with us waiting for our 2 frosty's took a grand total of about 35 minutes. YIKES. And in that time the cashier was helping get orders out to customers, but in between she was just standing around twirling her hair. She very easily could've gotten those drinks and frosty's and had 4 people out the door in minutes.
I also thought it was gross that she would handle cash at the register and then go back and bag food without washing her hands. GROSS! Isn't that a restaurant no no?

From other reviews it doesn’t seem to matter what you say or do, one guy is always rude in the drive through if he has a bad day everyone going there is as well. I Went in last night with my wife and kids for a couple biggie bags, the cashier was talking so fast on the com that we couldnt understand him, he sounded very frustrated from the moment we pulled up, When we got to the window he was aggressively pushing and pulling on his monitor with all the orders on it, huffing and puffing. Then goes to hand me my drink and slam the window closed, I asked him to chill out and he said I “snatched” my drink out of his hand when he was handing it to me. I asked for his name and he shows me his name tag which most literally said “Kunta Kente.” (Mind you, it is illegal to wear a fake name tag, let alone a name that refers to racial slurs) I said “so that’s your real name?” He said “hell yea, that’s what you can put on the report!” And slammed the window again.
