BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Wyoming

Hit this company up regularly. Earn a free drink once every couple weeks. Went to 54th and Division location one morning this week and the three employees seemed overwhelmed. I've worked in food service, so I know this happens. Ordered a cup of drip. Told my drink would be a minute. For a cup of drip. The cups are right there. Went to the end of the counter to wait for my cup. No one got it. Went back to the register, grabbed it myself, filled cup, sat down. Next thing I know, one of the dudes behind the counter screams at the top of his ever-loving lungs: plain bagel! I jerked my head toward him and realized what he said and got up to get my bagel. Pretty sure the dude I looked at screamed, but the manager owned it and defended his screaming. Before I left I asked for the owner's #. I planned to call him, but thought better of it. Food service experience, etc. I know how it gets. But now I will call him, after returning to the same location, getting an iced drink that I've been ordering for years without spilling on myself. Spilled it on myself. Considerable amount of liquid in reservoir. Same guy behind the counter as before. What I didn't spill on myself I sopped up with a couple napkins. Smile at them when you come in, or face their wrath. One star because you can't post without picking...

First off, I would like to say there is one absolutely amazing staff member here. I wish I knew her name! Other than that, this Biggby is terrible! Today I went inside to avoid waiting in a long line. I had to wait for about 15 min to then receive a VERY cold sausage bagel. I mean like refrigerator cold. As I was waiting I was combating A LOT of knatts, which is mostly alarming because it’s the middle of winter. This was not my first awful experience here. I have been givin the wrong drink multiple times after waiting for very long time, and the weirdest thing is I get turkey havarti bagels at other Biggbys very often, but this Biggbys turkey tastes disgusting! I have no clue why. I have tried multiple times over the months thinking maybe it would change, but it’s gross. Not sure if they aren’t cleaning something or if for some reason ONLY this Biggby uses different turkey but it’s not the same as ANY other Biggby. Got almost our whole order wrong. Went through the drive through with a short line and still had to wait a few minutes for an employee to take our order. Not a big deal. We ordered a grande mint green tea, grande iced coffee with oat milk and one pump vanilla and a plain bagel. The iced coffee was given to us with no oat milk or vanilla, they said they would redo it but ended up just giving us a small cup of oat milk, still no vanilla. And no straw so there was no way to drink it to even make room for the oat milk. Come to realize the tea was VERY milky so they must have put the oat milk in there? The only reason they are getting higher than one star is because they got the plain bagel right and that was actually good. We ended up tossing the tea and having to add our own flavor to the iced coffee when we got home. Not worth our money at all.
