The Pink Ice Cream Station & more — Restaurant in Yellowhill Community

Came in this evening with my father and my aunt. We saw it yesterday and thought hmmm let me take them to get ice cream. I ordered a banana split, my aunt an ice cream cone and an ice cream cone to go for my dad because he was going to help me eat the banana split. First, let me say, I’ve never seen Hersey syrup squeezed on a banana split. I’ve always seen hot fudge but ok I guess this is how they do it. I got nuts put on the side due to my dad not liking them but instead of putting them in a small bowl, I was handed them in a plastic cone🙄. So now I’m holding a cone of nuts in one hand and trying to eat the split with the other hand. The two girls that was working, I’m assuming one was the trainer and the other one was the trainee. Was being checked out by the trainee alone because the trainer went to the back. So waiting at the register for about a minute to minute and half, the trainee walked to the back to get the trainer for help. I just went and sat down to start eating my split which due to so much syrup unfortunately over half was thrown away. I got back up to pay and to get my dad’s ice cream cone and the trainee just gave me a cone with no ice cream. I was shocked!! I asked the trainee I paid for a banana split and two ice cream cones correct? Maybe it was how I asked the question or the look on my face but she put the ice cream in the cone. As we are leaving and walked out the door, my aunt falls due to the stepping. I go inside to asked if they have a cold, wet towel because she is bleeding from her mouth. The trainer just stood there like a deer in headlights and said ummmm no we have one with bleach on it. SMH!!! So now we’re at the hospital and just got informed we have to drive to Ashville to go to the hospital there because my aunt needs plastic surgery. The staff didn’t ask if she was alright. In fact, customers that was inside came out to check on her....

Just left this shop. I'm the only customer. I ordered hot fudge and caramel for a vanilla double cone, to be assembled down the road at my campsite. One of the guys behind the counter is extremely pleased to let me know that they're out of cups with lids, but he's improvising by putting my cone over the toppings. No toppings. Great job! UPDATE: I left a message with the number on Google, and the owner returned my call. It seems the employee is saying something different happened, and there's a huge miscommunication. Easy to understand given he and the other dude barely stopped talking to each other. I was clear. But kudos to the owner for backing up his well trained...

The BEST food place in Cherokee. We LOVED our funnel cakes and hot pretzels. We stopped in one day while visiting Cherokee before heading into the park for some waterfall pictures and had the best funnel cake and hot pretzel EVER. The customer service was excellent and the shop was clean. On our last day in Cherokee, we had to stop again to get another funnel cake and hot pretzel and I already miss it since being back home. I want one now just writing this review. Thank you guys for having such a nice place and excellent food...
