I will preface this with saying Wendy's is my go-to fast food restaurant. But this particular Wendy's was terrible. I ordered a coffee at 9pm( they are open 24 hours), was told it would take 3 minutes to make some. Ok, no problem. 8 minutes later, my hubby comes in asks what the holdup is( we've been driving for 12 hours at this point and still have 3 to go). I explained they are making his coffee. We wait another 3 minutes- he went looking for sugar- everything at the condiment station is either wet or non existent. The trash receptacle was overflowing, didnt have lids for the soda I got. Just a poor example of what Wendy's should be. So, back to the coffee- he finally yells to the employee we could see to ask if the coffee is done yet She goes over to the young lady who took the order and was making the coffee, we hear her say " it is what it is". Then the girl brings my husband a cup. He asks if the creamer is in it, she confirms and hands him sugar packets. He dumps the sugar in, stirs, tastes and it is hot water with creamer. He just walked out, left the cup sit and we left. I've never been so disappointed in a Wendy's. And they were NOT busy so there was no reason for any of these things to look or be like this. Food: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ Ordered the "Son of Baconator" Waited for 20 minutes for the food. Came out warm not hot.
Ordered food to go, It was never produced.
Service: ⭐☆ ☆ ☆☆ Ordered food to go; Well our food never came. Waited for over 30 minutes. Walked over to where the food was to be ready; Talked with an assistant manager. (Janet the Manager was in the lobby giving job interviews.) He had no clue what was going on, apparently employees were stealing the food. And my order couldn't be completed due to they were out of bacon.
Talked with the Manager named Janet; I believe she was doing the best with what she had. She gave me a refund, but never looked at my receipt, it was short, I just wanted to get out of there.
Atmosphere: ⭐☆ ☆ ☆☆ Most of the employees wore what they wanted. The Fry cook was wearing a shower cap. Another employee was wearing a Aeropostale hoodie, the assistant manager, wasn't wearing belt, and his shirt was too tight because of his belly, we could see his butt-crack.
Conclusion: Will never come here again, this looks like a problem that will never be solved. Perhaps this place should be tore down, and have a Chick-fil-A built here. That way I know I'll get...
Read morePlaced a mobile order for the drive thru pick up. Waited at the drive thru to get to the order area and let them know I was here for a pick up. First Wendy’s they told me mobile order pick ups must come inside. I had my child and my dog in the car. Unappreciated. Editing this as it’s been 2 months and corporate was to contact me. They have made no attempt to contact. It starts at the top.
4 months later when a friend was in town visiting her son wanted Wendy’s. I said I hate this one and don’t suggest going but it’s one sandwich so I think it should be okay. I should have known better. The attitude from the girl taking the order was inappropriate. Complained about my friend clarifying what she wanted right in front of us to the staff. Wasn’t worth interrupting or saying anything as it was clear this kind of behavior is supported and condoned in this building.
I had heard they got new management since my last post- however- with another terrible experience I’m not sure. Maybe they did. Perhaps they need new employees.
Also- Wendy’s corporate has still not contacted me since the last request for them to do so 4 months ago.
