Sadly I have edited this review 3 times and each time it was negative :( you may wonder why I keep going somewhere where I have had a bad experience well for one when they opened last year I was stoked because I love my coffee and it has a drive thru so I don't have to take kids out to get a drink we also waited and anticipated so we could get out free coffee for a year which we did and I have actually enjoyed I really do prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but a DIFFERENT DUNKIN which sucks because this one is the only one around me but the AM manager I literally can't fathom how after a year and so many complaints how she is still a manager she is so rude I am a server I work in good industry I know when someone is trying to pull a fast one for free food but the second they say corporate I'm sorry I don't want that on me so I will do anything I can to make the situation better this manager does not!!! She is so rude I have seen her belittle her employees inside and at the drive thru and I was disgusted I couldn't understand how someone can do that in front of customers!!! Anywho I think Dunkin opened July 1st if it wasn't July I know for a fact it was June when they opened they gave people the first hundred people a year of free coffee they were expired which was no big deal I appreciated the coffee the booklet has 4 coffees a month 1 per week so if you opened in June of last year the remaining coupons should be good until the end of the month considering you get 4 a month! Today I went to get my coffee and they refused my coupon not to mention the previous times when my son and I went they didn't want to give us our free coffee the manager stated " I can't do numerous coupons before 10am" wait what???? How are you going to be a business that offers discounts or coupons but then decide to make up your own rules regarding them I mean hello its COFFEE most people want coffee before work in the morning! Now that my free coffee is expired EARLY I will not be returning to this location I really hope corporate does something this time because this lady needs a class on how to be a manager I know it ain't easy but you most def don't have to be cruella so so disappointed in this location and the staff at least I got the receipt to call corporate because I want to know the exact date and the rules behind the free coffee because there is only 2 coffees left out of the book this week and next yet they wouldn't take them so if you have the coupons they will not...
Read moreThe staff was at first incompetent by missing the drive thru order four or five times. There is a screen is showing the order so the customer would be able to verify that the order was in fact correct. They refused to make the adjustments on the screen so I could verify the order was correct when I asked that they do that the became rude and ordered me to drive forward . I just wanted to verify that the order was correct and again I was told to drive forward . I got my order & it was incorrect. I went in to let them know and to get a name so I could let the GM know. At that point I was yelled and and told to get off the property & go somewhere else They threatened to call the police on me. Admittedly, I got upset. I wasn’t rude or inappropriate, but I was visibly upset. They continue to threaten me with the police. unfortunately, they are the closest Dunkin to my house so I’m not gonna let that stop me from coming. Read moreWorst service EVER your staff is horrible. They literally told their inside customers that they're not important. Because they have people in drive through. They literally had people waiting 10 minutes plus. People were walking out. We asked for help and we were told that they have to work the drive-thru. Your entire staff needs to be FIRED!!!! For a place that just opened you are not going to stay open long. I will drive 15 min to a different one. They had 6 ppl walk out after that. Dang I was going to be ordering a lot of donuts. WORST CUSTOMER Service
