I would not recommend this place at all. I called to have a cushion made for a nook 3 weeks before Christmas. I asked how long it would take over the phone and was told 5 days. I was also told over the phone that the cost would be around 2-3 hundred. (I provided exact dimensions and material type I wanted). When I arrived, the owner told me it would be around 5-7 hundred. After negotiating price I was able to get them down to $400. I was also told that it would take 4 - 5 weeks. After calling every week since Christmas I was finally told it would be ready on January 15th. It is now January 17 and when I went in to pick up the cushion I was told it was not ready. I was lied to and was told that they attempted to call me to ask a question about the zipper. I showed them there was zero calls in my history from them. The original drop off date was 12-2-2019. If payment had not been required prior to service I would have gone elsewhere weeks ago. I just hope the quality of work isn't as bad as the...

My husband and I decided to do some remodeling and went looking for new furniture. After being unsuccessful in finding anything we liked we decided to have a chair, sofa, loveseat and some cushions recovered. I supplied some of the material and picked some from Devine Design. I’ve couldn’t be happier with our decision! They did a beautiful job and we needed it within a couple of months from our order and they completed everything earlier than expected! This shop seems to lack any business like organization. They miss their promised turn times, cannot locate the order when asked for an estimate of finish time, and in the end they put out a poor job. After retuning the poor job for a redo they missed their promised due date again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your upholstery job. While these folks are tryimg to have a good result, their efforts come up short. Update, on the return redo the wrinkles are just as bad. It is possible they did no redo it at all. I am not even...
