So I am not big on reviews unless the place really wows me and this food truck in Ypsilanti has definitely surpassed the wow factor. Been going for a few months and I am not super adventurous but they suggested the Quesabrillia tacos and I am so glad they did. The dipping sauce is next level and I wish they would sell it by the gallon. I've also had tostadas and a variety of tacos. Everything is fresh and so so tasty. Absolutely SMASHED these tacos! My wife and I got an assortment of tacos, the asada fries, and a burrito to share, and I’d share pictures but all the food was GONE as soon as we got home.
