McDonald's — Restaurant in Ypsilanti

My wife and i just went there to eat. My first issue was my bill was $16.02 i didnt have change, well the cashier was new, and didn't have any ones so he handed me $1.98 in dines and other change. I asked if he could just get a dollar out of the drive threw. He told me no he can not get money from there no biggy. He hands me my cups and i go over to fill my drink and the area is nasty I fill my drink no lids, bit there was the exact number of straws. I head to the counter and ask for the lids. The drive threw guy ignored me, but the new guy over heard and grabbed them. I noticed that all three of the people a head of me have not gotten any of there food. I waited for 15mins and they finally give the first people's food. The lady that was next asked a question about the apple pies to the manager. The manager stuck her nose in the air and walked to the back office and sat down. I go sit down for about 10mins and start to wounder what is going on i go stand and wait for my food. The rest of the customers are standing there still. The new front guy asked what I had to eat. Then goes a nd fills the order. I get my food and go, but there was 2 people that was ahead of me that's been waiting for 25mins. Each worker in each section would not help the other. I have never gotten good food here. I know it's McDonald's, but even by that standard the food was trash. I usually get a big Mac and sprite, the fries are always old or taste like old oil, the sauce on the sandwich tastes like literal puke. Got breakfast today and the bagel was burnt black, and there's never straws in delivery orders. Update: I ordered doordash from this location again, and received the wrong order 3 times in a row. ANOTHER UPDATE: Still garbage. The staff here does not care. They're in there banging music and yelling at each other. I've never had a worse experience at mcdonalds and there seems to be no end to the missing straws and wrong orders or poor quality food. Forget talking to a manager, they'll hang up if they even answer the phone. Who on earth is running this place? Because you go in there and it looks and smells like a damn zoo. Another update: I'm going full Karen and calling the corporate line. Ordered again and it was DISGUSTING. The burger was black, fries older than my grandma. Don't order from here. This particular McDonald's as terrible horrible and ridiculous service. If you go through the drive-thru you will sit there for about 20 to 30 minutes to receive your food, and it will be cold. If you go inside there will probably be a Lobby full of people probably 10 to 15 people. You will also notice that they are very understaffed! This is why it takes so long for you to get your food hot or MAYBE even warm. The majority of the managers that are at this location have a major attitude and VERY RUDE due to the fact that they have been called from other cities like Detroit and other surrounding areas to come help this particular McDonald's out because they're understaffed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this McDonald's. The managers are very rude and actually have that dasetty to yell at you or scream at you and then they blame it on the lack of employees at that particular location.
