Wendy's — Restaurant in Yukon

I have always liked Wendy's. Several months ago I went to this one. I pulled up to the speaker to order and saw a sign that it might take an hour to get my order due to a staffing shortage. OK I know that Covid had caused a lot of places to be short of help. There were no cars in the parking lot. There was one car at the window and nothing between it and me, so I thought I could probably get some food in a fairly timely manner. The young lady came on the speaker and said it would be 30 minutes before she could take my order. I guess their sign meant they could only do two orders an hour. I just said forget it. A couple of weeks ago I was out doing errands and thought I would give it another try. I got a Frosty and fries. They were perfect. The fries were like Wendy's used to serve, Brown crispy and perfectly salted. Last night my nephew was going to get us some food and I suggested Wendy's. He went and got us burgers, fries, and Frostys'. The Frostys' were great. The burgers were good. A little heavy on the mustard on mine but not bad. The fries were inedible. I had trouble even telling they were fries. It appeared that frozen fries had been dumped into slightly warm oil and left to sit. Then taken out in a big clump and very liberally salted, shoved into that little sleeve and packed down. I could not pull one fry out of the mess. I had to pick the sleeve up, squeeze it and pull on all of the fries to get them out. They looked like a glob of mashed potatoes, that had a few ends of fries shoved into it. My nephews was just the same. I won't be back this time. Third time is the charm. What really disgusts me is this is a business I should be patronizing. I have a family member who is a Wendy's manager. Not this one thank God! So long Yukon...

Today my wife took my son to Wendy's On Garth brooks Blvd in Yukon, OK. Came home and my son starting eating his salad and felt something strange in his mouth pulled out a hair with this attached booger on it. My son gave it to my wife and we put it in this Ziplock plastic bag to preserve the DNA. I called the Health Department here in Canadian County and the Health Inspector is now on the scene doing an investigation. I have filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney Generals office after discovering through a Yukon Police officer that pulled over my wife after the incident (Because she was speeding and was very upset) and after she explained what had just took place the officer told her this restaurant has a long history of complaints and cant understand why its still in business... Unbelievable, we just moved here from Tennessee Stay away from this Wendy's nothing but low life's obviously running...

Came here to get food for my family , ordered my meals and asked for baconator fries instead of regular ones and paid for them, when I gave him the money he dropped half of it and I didn’t receive my change back. And to top it off my order was wrong.didn’t receive my baconator fries , my baconator burgers only had one patty on them. And both of my fries where half empty I literally combined them and it filled one container barely to the top. Super inconvenient when u pay for something and it’s completely messed up especially when ur not close to the location and have to load and unload ur children. My money is already tight. I don’t need to pay for things if I’m not going to receive . Keep in mind I was the only one in the line and lobby was completely empty. They weren’t in a rush or overwhelmed they just didn’t care enough to do they’re job. Won’t...
