I went in around three weeks ago to make a special order for scrubs I will be needing soon, and I was told they would be ready in a week. I was with the girl as she wrote down the order and took my name, number, etc. Three weeks went by and I hadn’t received a call yet. I called the store to ask about my order and the call was ended while I was placed on hold. I decided to go in person instead. I was attended by a man who I believe is the owner of the store. I explained to him what I was there for and he could not find my order written down anywhere. He had very poor customer service skills. I became upset because after waiting three weeks for scrubs I need for my new job the manager was adamant on the order not being there as if it was my fault the employee made a mistake. He was rude and seemed frustrated at the fact that I kept insisting my order was made. He seemed bothered when I asked if I could look through the sheets myself and when I asked if he could ask the girl who took my order down. He said no and stated all the orders they have were in those papers. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he just stood there frustrated at me (the customer) for a mistake the store made. Unfortunately this is a personal-owned business and there is no one I can go to complain about the owner.

Got a Salty Crew shirt for my kid as a gift, noticed a small hole in the front once he opened it. They insisted we still have tags but I don’t leave tags on gifts. So be sure whatever you buy you are 💯 sure you are okay without return even if it has an issue. Now my kid is stuck with an Xmas gift that came with a hole in it.. I love shopping local but will avoid shopping here now. They want to keep locals shopping and compete with big box stores then they need to offer a better return policy. So I went back to exchange it. I took the tags off cause it was in my drawer. Never warn or washed. They would not exchange it.
