A well deserved review for Shakira, Eric , and Javon at this store. I am new to this area and it was my first time at this store. It was quite busy when I arrived but I was greeted immediately by Eric with such a kind face. When I ordered, even under pressure, Shakira was amazing. She handled each person one by one giving everyone so much respect and handling the interactions with grace. She was so friendly and welcoming and handled a busy store so well. Javon and Eric supported each other with balancing the phones , grill, and check out and overall they worked flawlessly as a team. I saw Javon making the subs with such care and making sure to communicate with customers. I promised a review because service like theirs deserves praise. They maintained a great atmosphere for customers and my food was amazing. The three of them had a wonderful system in place so well that I can back today for another sub and Shakira was here today as well. Also another busy day but I did not mind one bit because as expected Shakira stepped into a leadership role directing and managing traffic while making sure everyone was taken care of and felt special. Read moreThe worst experience with a manager I've ever had. Continues to lie though I gave the manager plenty of time to look at the sandwich and see there is no capicola ham on the sandwich. The manager said "I made it I know what I'm doing" but you could have just looked. Because clearly you know what you're doing and I'm not challenging that fact. I'm challenging the fact that mistakes happen even the best make mistakes. But apparently you don't and your narcissistic emotional response it a clear indication your not mentally capable to be a manager at Jersey Mike's. I've been going to Jersey Mike's since I lived in Raleigh North Carolina 13 years and in all my times going I have never once had a issue. Last I checked it's stealing/theft if you take my money and do not deliver what's intended. Hey manager when you read this please remember your pride is only worth a few pieces of capicola ham. Read moreFood was fire as always. However I walk in at 8 o'clock, the lady with the neck tattoo makes it very apparent she was unhappy that I decided to show up just before close. I felt awful thinking they close at 8 and I had just made it, I look up the closing time and it's 9. 9! I was there an hour before close. The lady behind the counter says, not three feet away from me mind you, "I hate people who do this. Wait until we're about to close and start ordering food" I was shocked. THE GRILL LADY DIDNT RESPOND TO HER BECAUSE SHE WAS ALSO SHOCKED. At least wait until I leave to talk bad about me. It was an hour before close, not 10 minutes. I always tip, usually cash and usually I tip 10 bucks for a 20 dollar order. Just bad customer service. As a small business AGM I can't even imagine blatantly disrespecting a customer like that. It's just bad for business. I don't care if someone walks in at 8:59 and wants 40 items of food, you make it with a smile.
