Chevy sports bar and Bistro — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

First of all, we did not get the right drink. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt as there was a bit of confusion when we ordered and I didn’t realise the drink was wrong right away. After, they called last orders and we said yes, we would like one more drink please, and the waitress took the bill. A little while later the drink didn’t come, so we asked if we could get the beer we had ordered, but they said sorry, we already called last orders, you cannot get another drink. We explained that we had ordered before last orders, but they still didn’t bring it. They didn’t seem to care that we had issues ordering and that there was poor communication between staff members.

Whatever, we got the bill and paid, but when it came to our change, the waitress was confused about whose change was whose, and the person next to us also had issues with this. We got our change and it was fine, but the lack of attention was really disappointing. Also, we came to watch the football and it was just a stream, plus they played loud music, so I wouldn’t recommend watching sports here.

I understand it was the end of the night and people make mistakes-it is what it is. That being said, there are so many other restaurants and bars with impeccable service that check for any mistakes, make things run smoothly, and leave you feeling like a...

Updated: unfortunately had to lower my score due to service last night. We have came back here multiple nights for drinks due to the location not because of the service. we decided to try the food and ordered a pizza and was very specific with the waitress NO OLIVES, she pointed to the menu and confirmed she understood. We got the pizza… guess what? OLIVES ( I told her I am allergic to olives and to just cancel the pizza as we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for a new pizza and take the chance of olives being on it). The waitress apologized but she tried to make me feel bad for canceling the order and she said she would be charged for it… do I care she might get charged for her mess up on the order because she didn’t do her job? …NO I care that she almost killed me and that she was more concerned about paying for a pizza out of her own money than killing a customer. My commendation is to only drink here if you choose too.. as the staff do not care about customers and you can see it in their work ethic. Lazy and incompetent.

I created this Google account just to write this review and highlight how pissed off I am. I came to watch football because it was advertised as a sports bar, turns out it’s an illegal internet stream with a severe lag and incessant dance music in the background. Maybe don’t advertise as a sports bar if you’re not going to pay for a subscription? Which btw is equivalent price to the two drinks I ordered. Anyway, I ordered two drinks, both were wrong. No big deal, mistakes happen in Southeast Asia, I move on. Then half an hour later I was told it was last orders and was asked if I wanted another beer. I said yes, but the server walked off. A couple of minutes later I asked another server for the beer, only to be told last orders had already finished and I was too late. I explained that I had already said yes when asked, and also pointed out that my previous order had been messed up. Instead of addressing it, they just walked away and started loudly stacking chairs next to me, even though there were still at least 10 other people in the bar. When I say this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced, it is not an exaggeration. Absolutely awful!...
