I ordered one tonkotsu ramen, the broth shines, not complex though, but the dualness of simplicity and tastiness is not something easy to be done. Quite good price compared to other Da Nang Ramen Shop, you have three slices of Chasiu. Great staff, attentive, calm. Other than that, toppings are underwhelming. Chasiu is not really chasiu, I wonder they really marinated it with soy sauce, it has a subtle unpleasent smell, which can easily get rid of when boil with ginger and shallot. After doing a search in google map decided to give it a try since it have many good reviews but was shocked with the experience. Shop was nicely set up in a traditional Japanese style counter seating. Service was good and food were serve fast. When the ramen were served it actually looks good! Ebi miso ramen is their signature so do expect the shop to smell like shrimp. Anyway not an issue to me.
