Mirai Sushi & Sake Tràng Thi — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Hey, why did you decorate your restaurant gorgeously outside and inside to have Japanese atmosphere but your service is so poor and fake. Standard, politeness and hospitality is something in my mind when thinking abt Japanese restaurants. The satisfaction of customers is always the first and foremost. But coming here, I'm so disappointed. ● They don't have napkins or paper available on the table. Only thing they have is.... 1 tiny cool napkins. Hey, are you a mean restaurant ? ● I asked "Can I have glass of water,not water from bottle,just normal water." The staff answered: " Sorry, no free water." Ok, your staff must bring a bottle of water from home haha. Alright, next, I order total 3 dishes. At that time, the restaurant wasn't busy so when we finished our 2nd dish, I asked to know whether they forgot my last dish or not. The guy taking my order didnt understand though I and my friend ( a native English speaker) said very clearly that " We ordered total 3 dishes but we got only 2." with our body languages too. But that guy didnt understand and ran away from us to ask a help. He should have said something like " I'm sorry. Can you wait for me 1 min..." before,right ? Then a girl came to listen but some with that guy, she didnt understand. She even answered: " Sorry, I can't speak English." How can she say that- this menu's restaurant is both in English and Vietnamese. There are lot of foreigners coming here too. I only didnt see any Japanese there. They might agree with me - High price but poor service. I won't come back here. The owner should train their staff properly. If not, even good service and good food, they won't stand long-term in Hanoi where it's not difficult to find a good...
