I recently stayed at Hanoi Capital Premium Hotel and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their attentiveness and professionalism made a great first impression and continued throughout my stay.
The room was impressively spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed was large and provided an excellent night’s sleep, which was especially appreciated after long days of travel and sightseeing. The overall layout of the room was practical and relaxing, offering a sense of space and calm.
One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which offered a pleasant view of the street below. The surrounding area had a steady, gentle flow of activity—enough to feel connected to the local atmosphere without it being overwhelming. It added a nice touch of liveliness, but the room itself remained peaceful and restful.
The location of the hotel is ideal. Surrounded by a good selection of cafés, restaurants, and small shops, it’s easy to step out and find something enjoyable nearby. Many of Hanoi’s main attractions are also within walking distance, making the hotel a convenient and practical base for exploring the city.
Special mention must go to the staff, who consistently went above and beyond. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or assistance with transport, they were always ready to help with a smile.
Overall, Hanoi Capital Premium Hotel offers exceptional value for money with its comfortable rooms, prime location, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and would gladly stay again on a...
Read moreThis was my first trip to Hanoi with my friends. We stayed for 6 days. Our trip was organised by Tony and gang. We were taken care of like gold. All our queries were answered and difficulties sorted out on the spot. We neednt had to worry about anything. We spent 2 days in Sapa. Our guide, LyLy took care of us. She could speak English very well and was very patient with us unfit ladies through the difficult walk in CatCat Village. The stroll through the luscious paddy fields the next day was much easier. Lunch in TaVan was heavenly. In HaLong Bay, we were given the VIP rooms. They were large and luxurious! The scenery is scenic- esp the sunset n sunrise. The people in Hanoi are honest, friendly and helpful. Use Grab to travel as taxis can be disconcerting to foreigners. Capital hotel is clean and breakfast filling. It's in the old quaters, so shopping, food, park and amenities are all nearby. It was a great get-away and oh yes- the International buffet is a must! Thank you again Tony, Olivia, LyLy for the memorable holiday and of cos Bevis for the...
Read moreBe aware! The 5* reviews are likely all fake. We booked via booking and received an ok room, but after prolonging our stay we were told the old room has problems with electricity and we have to move to a different room. The different room was a different hotel which was really dirty (cigarette ash every in bathroom and room, AC not working, stains and hair on bed sheets, 5 cm mattress). We made the big mistake to also book a Ha Long Bay cruise with the hostel/hotel/travel agency (they have like 5 hostels in the same street and also a travel office) and got scammed. We booked a room with private balcony but ended up in a tiny room next to the captain not even close what we paid for. After complaining at the cruise manager he informed us that the travel office knew that the cruise was fully booked and told them that we are fine with this room and paid only a small fee for the food. So total scam, would not recommend. Unfortunately, this is how Hanoi works, you never know what you get...
