I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail parlor, which was conveniently located near our hotel. We decided to try it out after being assured by the staff standing outside that they had the specific nail color and style I was looking for. However, once I was inside and seated, my nail technician informed me that they had run out of the color I requested. By that point, it was too late for me to leave, so I reluctantly settled for what was available.
The technician was incredibly rough during the cleaning process. As shown in the pictures, I ended up with small cuts on both of my middle toes and the side of my right index finger. Despite noticing the cuts, she proceeded to use an alcohol rub, which caused an intense stinging sensation. When I pulled my toes back and expressed my discomfort, she simply asked if I was okay but continued applying the alcohol.
Her rough handling left me bleeding, and the nail shape I requested—a proper square—was poorly executed. The results were far from what I had envisioned. Overall, this was a terrible experience that left me with injuries and dissatisfaction. I would absolutely not recommend this...
