We had a great meal at Quán Little Hanoi, ordering bún nem chay, stir-fried chicken, and grilled chicken. The bún nem chay was light, crispy, and flavorful, perfect as a starter. Both chicken dishes were well-seasoned and cooked nicely, with a good balance of flavors. The tofu in tomato sauce was beyond over salted. Vegetable spring rolls were filled with beans of some sort and had no flavour. Texture was off. Poorly wrapped and impossible to eat as they kept falling apart. Ordered a tea with fresh milk. I received a warm tea with an obscene amount of condensed milk which made the tea thick and so so sweet. Over all I paid a decent amount for what was expected to be decent food. BE WARNED, while waiting for my food I witnessed two groups of guests complaining to the waitress/owner of the restaurant that she did not give them the right amount of change. It appears this place takes advantage of tourists' unfamiliarity with the Vietnamese dong and shorts people on changes when they pay for their food.
