A Banh Mi shop you should visit while in Hoi An.

The people are so nice, and the sandwich is affordable, packed with filling, and delicious. I love that they scramble the egg instead of frying it like usual.

However, I came with high expectations after having an incredible meal at their eatery, so I did expect more. Here are my suggestions:

I would make the Pork Charsiu Bánh Mì because they already have fantastic char siu. Everyone in town sells the same cold-cut Vietnamese Bánh Mì.

I would keep the avocado in slices for better texture and less mess, especially since Vietnamese avocados tend to be more watery.

That's my wisdom for today, if they don't mind 😋. I love their eatery, so I really hope they do well with their...

I rarely leave reviews, they really have to impress me positively or negatively but frankly the Banh Mi I ate here in these days, because I admit I came back every day, is absolutely thrilling, the best I had in Hoi An, I was at Madame Khan, which is the one recommended by the locals but unfortunately they don't have avocado and at Banh Mi Phuong where objectively they make a good Banh Mi but here we are on other levels it is the best I have eaten along with one in Hanoi, try it to believe, here in the photo it's the eggs and avocado one it is accompanied by an avocado smoothie which is also excellent, the attention to detail is exquisite as is the cleanliness and kindness of the staff and the owner, I absolutely...

Came across this place by chance looking at maps. Has only been open 3 weeks and the Banh Mi is incredible. I'm not vegan but eat everything and this is easily the best V/VG Banh Mi I have had in all of Vietnam. It contained grilled Aubergine, Mushrooms, Tofu and Seitan cooked in Lemongrass. A sweet chilli chutney and classic salad. I added Avocado. Bread is fresh and it is packed full to the brim. I took a second one home to try the meat version and it was just as good. 30-35k before any add-ons it's worth every penny. The cinnamon roll was hot and fresh but the Banh Mi was the star. Seriously think this place will take off once they join social media so get here whilst it's...
