Let me tell you my boyfriend and I LOVE ice cream and this ice cream is definitely in my top 5 I've ever had. SOOOO Delicious we had the Honeycomb, rum raisin, vanilla and o Vietnamese fruit ice cream w/salt(I can't remember the name it kinda tasted like a juneplum from Jamaica. We ate two on the spot- The honey comb had a REAL honey comb it and it was so crunchy and delicious. Ice cream had a creamy silk texture. The Rum raisin tasted like I was in Jamaica after we tried those two we knew we couldn't walk back tknour hotel without trying more so we got the other flavors all 20/10! The owners family makes the ice cream themselves and she was so proud and sweet. We’re for sure going back before we leave.

UPDATE- TL;DR- It is a Juneplum! I went back and got the Ambarella again and decided to google it after my conversation the incredibly sweet and happy store employee and it is a June plum they just call it...

This is the best ice cream I have ever tried! 🍦 The café in Hoi An makes handmade ice cream using only natural ingredients – no artificial colors or added sugar, just pure flavor. There is a huge variety of flavors: from fresh and slightly tangy to rich and sweet.

The highlight is the owner herself. She explains each flavor with so much care: what it’s made of, what it will taste like, whether it’s more on the sweet side or has a refreshing tang. Every detail is described so clearly and with love for her craft.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. This place definitely deserves not just 5, but 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

i found freezedom by chance as i was looking for a place to get a sweet treat after dinner.

the ice cream is so delicious and they have a variety of unique flavours, i also love the fact that all the ingredients were fresh ! i even got to try the strawberries they use to make their new strawberry flavour !

however, i kept coming back here for the service ! alex is so welcoming and sweet and i enjoyed spending my evenings in Hoi An chatting to her whilst trying a new flavour of ice cream ! she also has the cutest dog called coco who is often at the shop with her :)

i will miss coming here in the evenings, and hope to visit again on my next trip...
