Boom Pizza — Restaurant in Hội An

This pizza cannot be called a pizza. It’s the first time in my life I left half of it on my plate. The ingredients are so cheap and poor in quality (especially what you call cheese) that it’s worse than any frozen pizza you can find in a European supermarket. Sorry, but don’t call your restaurant a pizzeria if you don’t know what a pizza is. This is not good for you or your customers. Prepare something you know how to do, or go to Italy and attend a proper course. Sorry for being harsh, but you cannot sell that.

And to respond to your reply to my girlfriend’s comment (JM): Everything you said is a complete lie. You’re trying to find excuses to explain why she left a 1-star review. The real reason is simple: your pizzas are not pizzas at all. Neither of us complained—because it was clear you couldn’t do better. For the record, she ate only 2 slices, not a single one more, and I ate half of mine. You are lying when you claim otherwise. It was so bad that we preferred to leave rather than waste more time. The lady I spoke with on the phone was RUDE!!!! .. I ordered from grab.. 2 minutes later it's starts storming bad!! I didn't want the poor delivery driver delivering in a storm.. so I ask to cancel.. THEN I TOLD HER I would re-order as soon as it stopped raining. Right.. no big deal ... Well to her 6$ is Everything!!! .. she got mad and said it's been 15 minutes when I ordered.. I told her that's impossible, and it's only been 4 minutes total.. the stinky witch HUNG THE PHONE up on me. Over 6$??? 😅😅🤣😅🤣 wow that's a first...lol I will never order from this business again.. Hope you make that 6$ last 😘

I DEFINITELY SPOKE WITH SOMEONE FROM YOUR BUSINESS! .. they lady I spoke with could have handle it differently with the call & said that instead she got defensive and hang the phone up on me!! .. my review remains. please have better customer service on handling situations & take accountability for your employee actions.. this has NOTHING to do with grab. Sorry, this is an honest review of my experience.....

Went there around 8 as we couldn’t decide where to eat at the night market. Nice lay out, can probably seat 20-30 people, pool table in the middle of the restaurant which is free to play. Also have other things on the menu apart from pizza including, steak, pasta, burgers but the stone oven pizzas are what we came for.

Medium Pizzas are 10” and 140k and Large Pizzas are 12” 190k. Pictured is a large pepperoni with a slice already eaten as I was STARVING!!

Pizza is as good as you will find in most American Deli’s and is half the price! Really enjoyed it. Tabasco sauce as well as chilli sauce on the table.

Ice cold beer for 25k. The only let down for me that there was no bruschetta available! I don’t know if it was because we went late or just because they didn’t have any.
