This place is such a hidden gem!!! The absolute BEST banh xeo in Hoi An!
We came here last year on our first trip to Hoi An, as recommended by one of the staff at our nearby hotel, and just knew we had to come back again on our second trip more than a year later!
The store is hidden in a back alleyway, and is set in the owners first floor of their house. The menu is small and very cheap with only 4 items for 40k vnd each, but they do each so incredibly well! The banh xeo is mega CRISPY and flavourful and their other three menu items are all equally as delicious.
The vegetables, sauces and rice paper on the side were also generously served, and the owner kept coming back to top us up whenever we needed. We ended up having more than 3 servings each!
Please do yourself a favour and visit this quiet, charming spot for banh xeo. You...
Read moreLocated in a back alley behind a small hotel…went here on our food tour and it was a great start to our adventure. If you don’t like fresh herbs and a combination of sweet/savory you will not like any of the food in Hoi An. I must say we ate so many herbs in every dish it was unbelievable. Everything is so fresh too. There are no supermarkets only wet markets so you know it’s good. This stall had some herb wrapped amazingness that even the kids couldn’t get enough. And the peanut soy sauce was so good. There is no way to replicate on your own and no need to if you are near here just go here instead. I would highly recommend going if...

We were glad that she showed us how to eat it because we have been eating the banh xeo (crispy rice...
