More than 24 years I'm going for breakfast at this place ... and in 24 years more quality and taste has always been the same quality... pleasant rich ... flavourful ... so amazing ... I knew the parents before and now the son take back with his wife ... all the team of this place has been already for long time ... we know each other like a big family ... it became like a drogue for me ... each time I pass by saigon or get business trip I need to pass to eat my Bun Moc ... such an amazing place with Amazing Team & Amazing Owner ... without hesitation I recommand this place to have breakfast ... thanks again and again to all the team of BM TM ......

This place is a well oiled machine. I wanted to try something different for breakfast so I went across the street from my hotel and the place was packed. I just pointed at what someone else was having and all was understood. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ From looking at other people's pics on here, looks like I got the bún mộc. Broth was light, almost clear and it tasted like a combo of salty, sweet, savory & sour because I added 2 limes. Besides the additional plate of bean sprouts, I have no idea what the greens were or the curly things but a little chewy and a little crunchy, not a lot of taste.
