CHOICE - Fresh Coffee and Tea — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I was in this coffee shop a few days ago, it is located in District 1, near the Cathedral of Our Lady of Saigon. Below I list the significant points of this coffee bar, in the first point I will write the fundamental thing that is how the coffee ☕️ drinks 🥤 and the food is, so that you will not waste time reading my novel 😜:

COFFEE TEA JUICES FOOD: I ordered a coffee ☕️ and two juices and one free because the service guys are good but they need to pay more attention to the "details". However, apart from this mix-up I have to say that the coffee is good but the juices were really the best and for me this place is a YES 👌.

PRICE: The price is not expensive and is average for places in District 1.

EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT: As I said, it is located in District 1, near the cathedral and from here, once you have drunk your coffee ☕️ or some other drink, you can move on foot and reach the attractions of District 1 in a few minutes. However, for those who know HCM, it is a chaotic city, there is always a casino, so it is not surprising that as soon as you leave the place you hear a mess of sounds, smells and an army of scooters 🛵 parked right at the door!

INTERIOR ENVIRONMENT: As soon as you see the facade of the entrance to the coffee shop, you will immediately see that this place has style compared to those around it. Then just see the movement of people entering and leaving the place to understand that you are in the right place. When you enter, the place is not very big, but it is on two floors and the upper floor is larger, the furnishings are cute retro objects and books 📕 that give you a sense of a place of artists and poets, there is a glass window that overlooks the street and the scooters 🛵 😀.

ATMOSPHERE: Let's start by saying that the atmosphere is youthful, friendly and relaxing. Youthful because the service is managed by young people, the customers are boys and girls and you can feel the positive energy of the kids. This place is trendy and also serves as a photo set, in fact many girls and boys come to this place to take photos and it is interesting to watch them while they pose, how "professional" they are in taking each photo shot 📸 and double checking that the photo is perfect in every detail, for this reason alone I would come to this place every day in addition to having a coffee also to watch these young people who put a lot of passion even in a simple photo!

SERVICE: As written at the beginning, the service is carried out by young people, you can see their vivacity, energy, positivity, enthusiasm and cheerfulness. Apart from a mix-up that occurred with a fruit juice, which they remedied immediately and here you can see their desire to improve on the mistake made, they immediately apologized and offered a new fruit juice. They are young people and you can see that they put effort, passion into what they do because they want the customer when he leaves the place satisfied and wants to return to their place because he had a good time.

TO IMPROVE: A piece of advice when I arrived at the place there was no more pastry shop 🥐 🍰🧁 it's a shame, a solution should be found so that it is always possible to have it, because there are cultures like mine (Italian) but also our French cousins ​​it is in their culture that together with a good coffee ☕️ it must be accompanied by a croissant or a pastry. I chose Choice Fresh Coffee and Tea because it is highly rated on Google and just a short walk from my hotel (Hilton Saigon) in District 1. I honestly went in not expecting much but I was completely blown away.

The egg coffee was absolutely amazing. The egg custard topping was smooth and airy with a hint of sweetness, almost like freshly whipped tiramisu cream. It had a velvety texture that coated the tongue, blending perfectly with the bold, fragrant coffee underneath. It felt like having dessert and coffee in one cup, and I could have easily ordered a second.

I also tried their egg cream milk tea and it was just as impressive. The boba pearls were cooked to perfection, soft, chewy, and fresh, while the egg cream added that same luscious, velvety richness that made the drink unforgettable.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and although the space was small, it was clean, cozy, and offered Wi-Fi for customers. Definitely a hidden gem worth...

After staying at Vietnam for over 2 weeks, all my family wanted was some nice evening drinks. We were pleasently surprised to search on Google and find a 24 hour cafe with lots of drink options. Upon arrival, the cafe was cute and had a great atmosphere with people constantly coming in and out for drinks.

The staff were lovely regardless of the late hour, and made us 5 drinks fairly quickly along with all the other orders.

The drinks themselves were incredible, and there was so many options.
