Truly awful service. The food was actually quite good, but the service was appalling. The server who took our order was confused and was attempting to recommend far more food that what two people could eat. Dishes then came out in a haphazard order.

When we were clearly done with dinner, the servers kept walking by without clearing anything. We waited 15 minutes and then politely requested that they clear the table. Once the table was cleared it was another 15 minutes of ignoring us, till we asked about the dessert we had ordered at the start of the meal. The server looked confused again and said she thought we already got it and then proceeded to blame her colleague for being new and missing it.

Absolute criminals ordered 2 painted crays (Cheap lobster) not the southern cray witch is a lot more expensive I also ordered a serve of panko squid this was for me and my 2 kids they lied to me about the price per kg for the lobster they over cooked the lobster and gave me a bill of $759 Australia dollars IN VEITNAM i also was having dinner with another couple and had separate bills and when I was outraged will my bill jumbos staff told me to put a lobster on my friends bill and quot what she said he is drinking he will not know I was shocked and new then I was in another Vietnam scam I paid the bill as they would not admit the price per kg if you don’t speak Vietnamese I would not think about going to jumbos they use the language barrier as a scam very sneaky people...

Felt unwelcome from the start. The bill was high but that’s because we chose the aballone foolishly as since when does it taste any better than Rubber. Could not buy a glass of wine so I tried to buy one and least expensive bottle of Wine but not available next bottle up not available so didn’t bother. Asked for bourbon. Not available. Had to buy whole bottle of scotch. Didn’t want that. Never been in any restaurant anywhere in the world When this happened.
