A very fun chill bar. A very cool setup with an amazing view. If you want an experience on Bui Vien, but don't want to be on or around the street. I highly recommend this place. Bùi Viện is hell but as you walk down, if you look up, you will see the little light of this place far above. Walk into the hotel lobby, take the elevator as high as you can go, and then walk the rest on the stairs to find this secret bar. Far removed from the hyper-commercial hellhole below, this rooftop terrace has a small but elegant cocktail bar and fantastic views of the city. They ruined it:( It was the best bar in the city a year ago. I only came back to Saigon to visit this bar. I won't come back. Now: The music is bad. Instead of pretty, hippie girls, they hired men in black suits. The special menu is not special. 6 minimum? No chocolate or anything else anymore? The balloons even seem watered down.
