Tomato Salad - 7/10 (Its raw tomato) Onion Soup - 4/10 (Onion was cut too big no onion flavour honestly tasted like beef stock and bread) Mac N Cheese - 4/10 (Cheap Mac cheese was too sour, lacked balance, and grainy overall could be much better) Truffle Mash - 5/10 (Just tasted like truffle) Pepper sauce 4 USD - 5/10 (Was sweet???) Béarnaise sauce 6 USD - 2/10 (Tasted like clarified butter) Ribeye Australian - 7/10 (Too much fat would be ok if it was more evenly distributed, meat quality was ok I think it was a bit thin but it was cooked as per our instructions) 45 Day Dry Age Ribeye - 5/10 (Even more fat than the one that wasn't dry aged I get that they save money by trimming it less since it is dry aged but this was a bit ridiculous, meat quality was good, flavour was good, thickness was better than the australian beef and it was cooked as per our instructions. I think I cut out around 1/5 of it because it was fat and I ate a lot of the fat too so) Beef Tataki - 2/10 (We didn't finish it it was sweet and just didn't taste good also it was tiny for a 15 USD dish) Lava cake - 8/10 (Best dish here has room for improvement)
